After OVER A $1000 REPAIR BILL THE CAR NOW SOUNDS LIKE A MACK TRUCK. CAR WAS NOT PROBERLY TUNED. NOW THE CAR HAS DEVELOPED A MAJOR OIL LEAK AS A RESULT OF THE POOR SERVICE. Everybody that one chats with, discusses business or just mingles with during the course of the visit is professional. It shows in their sincerity---a sincerity which cannot be faked. They enjoy their work and are competent in what they do. They speak highly of management at MB of Hagerstown. Some would have one believe that Mr. Younger can "walk on water" even though we all know better. I always enjoy my visit. Even though during this visit I did not see Linda, Marty or Alex, I include them as professional persons with whom I have dealt in the past. During this visit, Robert and Austin were professionally competent in the commercial aspects of the purchase. Adam was the "same ole Adam"---As always; very conscience of the physical status of the vehicle as it left for home. Last but not least--Mr. Paden.---Over the tears Richard has tought me to expect perfection from him,. He never disappoints me and this visit was no different. However He did surprise me. I am very satisfied with the MB of Hagerstown! Outstanding service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I live closer to the MB of Alexandria, I prefer to deal with the Hagerstown Outstanding service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I live closer to the MB of Alexandria, I prefer to deal with the Hagerstown service center, due to the fact that they make me feel "at home" and provide better service (in terms of lower prices, shorter wait periods, and better workmanship). I drove to Mercedes of Hagerstown from Waldorf Md to look at the Infiniti they had advertised online. I called several days before to get information on the vehicle and had a pleasant conversation with Mr.Wh at the Infiniti they had advertised online. I called several days before to get information on the vehicle and had a pleasant conversation with Mr.Whetstone. He was very polite and patient with me and all my questions. Most of my buying experiences were always serious but this one was totally opposite. I actually felt like I was a longtime customer. Went in to look at an Infiniti they were advertising and left with a Mercedes. Very impressed with the amount of time Mr Paden was willing to invest in me-- I was there all day. I only rated the overall experience a "3" because I did not find the service area waiting room at all acceptable. The carpet is filthy - I mean really filthy. The bathroom looked like something out of a Sheetz convenience store. The chair I sat in was broken and my laptop fell on the floor when I sat it on the pull-up arm table. The TV was not on (maybe broken too?). One of things I enjoy about taking my car to HBL in Tysons is the luxorious accomodations while waiting for serivce. Other than that - the experience was fine. More
