I took my S550 in for problems with vibration. Barry did not try to keep me there for hours negotiating. They gave me a price and I left the dealership, no hazzle. I called back the next day with my counter offer and they accepted. They beat another dealer by over $500 on a similar car, same make and equipment. One does not feel like they are being hustled at this dealership. I am a car guy and I would rather get a root canal than buy a car. Buying a car is usually a very time consuming effort but Barry made it painless.
