I am very satisfied with the MB of Hagerstown! Outstanding service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I live closer to the MB of Alexandria, I prefer to deal with the Hagerstown Outstanding service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I live closer to the MB of Alexandria, I prefer to deal with the Hagerstown service center, due to the fact that they make me feel "at home" and provide better service (in terms of lower prices, shorter wait periods, and better workmanship). I drove to Mercedes of Hagerstown from Waldorf Md to look at the Infiniti they had advertised online. I called several days before to get information on the vehicle and had a pleasant conversation with Mr.Wh at the Infiniti they had advertised online.
