I thought that the attitude of the person that I dealt with was very flip and condescending. I had questions about the price and what needed to be done and was dealt with in an unfriendly manner. We stopped in the dealership just to look and were interested in a 2011 E Class. We were told that we could order the car we wanted with no obligation so we did just that.
