I always say “You have only one chance to make your 1st good impression”. That started when we entered the service entrance and Bill Turner Opened the door for my wife, a dying courtesy, and said “It’s ni good impression”. Our 2nd encounter, Alex Folz, very courteous and professional, especially when returning with a chronic problem. Alex listened to our dilemma, made some reference to our service records, than escorted us to the waiting room / show room where we were greeted by Michael Lavrenchik. This is a long story, so the short of it is Mike is very courteous, knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY, which led us to the purchase of another Benz, he doesn’t know it yet. Alex returned with the bad news. We met Larry Diggs who explained in detail what had to be done to remedy our problem, we came to an agreement, Alex provided us with a loaner and we left. My wife with a smile with the thought of a new ride for her and me a little less happier for spending more money than I had anticipated. My philosophy has been to “Give the customer what they want then figure out how to make a profit doing so”. PS The cookies were great. More

I was experienced an unsettling inconsistent noise in my front end while braking. I made an appointment to get it checked. The appointment was convient for me. There was no waiting . Pleased with regular service. Still have a warranty issue with MB USA. Alex, Adam, & Marty are working with me to either get car repaired or returned as the chirping noise is still reacurring after a short p with MB USA. (Says a lot about the sales rep / finance manager).I have purchased several vehicles in the past and this dealership by far was the best experience I have ever had. From the Sales Rep Michael Lavrenchik to the Finance Manger Austin Shemon they made the whole experience extremely enjoyable and they really knew their stuff. Their professionalism, attitude, work ethic, and character were within the highest regards of any sales manager/sales representative I have dealt with and/or heard of others dealing with. Mercedes should really be proud that they have them two guys on their team! Job well done to Mercedes and especially to both Sales Rep Michael Lavrenchik and Finance Manger Austin Shemon. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly as usual. We had our 2008 E350 detailed and it looked like a new car when we piked it up! I don't really have anything else to add at this point except the dealership is adding new space and remodelling the existing space. I am sure this will enhance our next visit to the dealership. The loaner car we recieved was very nice, clean and with a full tank of gas. More
