The staff and facility were amazing. I had to take a new (used) Mercedes that I had bought in for diagnostic test. Unfortunately for me the car did not fair so well, but I felt that the service advisor exp (used) Mercedes that I had bought in for diagnostic test. Unfortunately for me the car did not fair so well, but I felt that the service advisor explained everything to me & made it very easy to understand. The packet of information that they give you breaks everything down by color...red/yellow/green. These items made it easy to see what I had to handle and items that could wait. I was very impressed with the service. This is my first foreign car, so the pricing to me seemed high, but I don't have much experience with rates for servicing foreign luxury cars. Great dealership to deal with!!! :0) More
Overall this is the best Mercedes dealership I have ever worked with. My only complaint is with Mercedes Benz. Very efficient operation and extremely friendly service personnel. My Service Manager, Adam Himmelwright, kept me very informed of all status changes especially while he liaisoned with the warranty company personnel. I took my S550 in for problems with vibration. I have worked with Alex in the service department for years and he is always friendly but more important is always determined to take care of whatever compl worked with Alex in the service department for years and he is always friendly but more important is always determined to take care of whatever complaint or problem that I may have. This time it was very difficult to trace the problem but he was determiined to fix it. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole process to keep me informed and was able after a lot of hard work to fix the problem. I can truly say that I have never had a service representative with any car that I have owned who is such a pleasure to deal with and so dedicated to taking care of his customers. More

He is always available to talk to about the car and when I bring it in for service, he follows up with the service department to make sure that the problems are addressed and that I am satisfied with the work. He continually goes out of his way to make sure that my experience with the car is a good one and that I am happy with the car. I have never met a sales man who is so dedicated to his customers and making sure that their ownership experience is as pleasant as it can be.
