I had warranty work performed on my vehicle, and I had never contacted MB of Hagerstown before. Since I don't live in Hagerstown, all the contact I had was over the telephone. They performed the warranty work that was necessary and kept me informed during the process. They even delivered my car back to me! This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. They are great to work with and really focus on serving the customer, not just making the sale. We didn't ever discuss price, until I had selected the exact vehicle I wanted. He was also very patient. I test drove 3 or 4 different vehicles and test drove the one I bought 4 times before making my decision. Not once did Barry pressure me. He also did a great job of keeping me informed of information I had requested via phone messages and emails. This is so different from the experience I had at Euromotor Cars here in Maryland where the sales person not only pushed me to discuss price within 15 minutes of my first test drive, but also called me on my cell phone 4 times within 3 hours after we left the dealership. The price we did settle on for my new vehicle was fair and Barry and his team were very upfront regarding how they arrived at their price and how they valued my trade-in. They showed me the paperwork and didn't make me feel like there was some secret process going on, like so many dealerships to. Having worked with this dealership before, I also know that their service department is very good and they take quality service extremely seriously. We once had a misunderstanding about a service to be performed and not only did the service rep I work with call me, but so did his boss, and more importantly, so did the actual technician who worked on my car! Overall, Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and Barry London are great to work with and I would highly recommend them to others looking to purchase a Mercedes. To me, they are the best Mercedes dealership in the Maryland, DC, Virginia area. More

Totally excellent service. Vehicle was purchased North Ulmsted MB,OH and delivered to un in Berkeley Springs. Instrument cluster did not work and N Ulmsted's Service Manager contacted Kristin who promply Ulmsted MB,OH and delivered to un in Berkeley Springs. Instrument cluster did not work and N Ulmsted's Service Manager contacted Kristin who promply sceduled an appointment for the next day. Problem was diagnosed, part ordered and was installed the next day. FAntastic. Thanks very much. I will definately be back for future service. More
Wes Whetstone was by far the most customer oriented automobile salesman I have ever dealt with. His attention to providing me with information about not only the car I purchased, but with other cars i automobile salesman I have ever dealt with. His attention to providing me with information about not only the car I purchased, but with other cars in the Mercedes lineup of automobiles was exceptional. He even followed up with a personal phone call the day after. Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown is indeed fortunate to have him on staff. (One small suggestion, however, and this has nothing to do with personnel, but rather the paving of the lot. There is a rather large pot hole one must pass around to get to the showroom and this, of course, should be paved.) More
I had a good experience with Michael. He answered all of the questions I had or found a person that had the answer for me. When I arrived a service adviser was right there to greet me and went over what I had told them my problem was when I made the appointment to make sure it was correct. When the work was completed the service adviser informed me that the work had been completed and what had been done. If I was walking around the show room I was greeted and asked if needed any help or if there were any questions I had. Everybody I encounterd was friendly and helpfull. More
Marty Gillions and the service staff in general could not be more helpful, freindly, or accommodating.
