I stopped by dealership just to look at new car. Had never looked at Mercedes before and was approched by salesman, Barry London. My wife and I had been looking for a C300 for about a year. I visited Wes and after a few weeks my wife was on her way home with the car she wanted. Wes and the rest of the staff went out of their way to year. I visited Wes and after a few weeks my wife was on her way home with the car she wanted. Wes and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure we had the car we wanted at the price we were comfortable paying. In the past 14 years my wife and I have purchased 11 vehicles and I even worked at a Chrysler dealer for 4 years. My wife and myself both felt this was the best car buying experience we have ever had, a lot said from someone who has worked at a dealer in the past! Wes was very friendly and had the greatest "no pressure" sales approach that we both loved. The sales manager worked with my wife when she stopped by and Wes was not there. She said that the rest of the staff all pitched in to make sure that she was taken care of even though our sales guy was off that day. Wes was sure to follow up with us promptly to make sure that everything was taken care of since he was not there one time when she stopped by. Needless to say we have had the car for a little over a week and have enjoyed every second of it. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a Mercedes, or even a quality pre-owned car in the future. The reason I give Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown such exceptional rating is the high caliber of offered services and professionalism. I 've looked at numerous vehicles and auto dealerships from Baltimor exceptional rating is the high caliber of offered services and professionalism. I 've looked at numerous vehicles and auto dealerships from Baltimore and Frederick Maryland to Greencastle and Chambersburg Pennsylvania. However, Mr. Whetstone was the most professional, knowledgable and most willing to work with the individual. In fact, i was compelled to exhaust all possible options, and even looked next door to to the Toyota division of the Younger Dealership. I wanted Mr. Whestone to show me the car. Because of departmental training, he was unable. Notwithstanding, he walked over and found a capable sales associate. The figures were drive off numbers and a fine car. But, due in part to Mr. Whestone's sales experience, the Benz vehicle and demonstration drive was by far superior. Thank you Mr. Whestone. More

He answered all questions in a friendly and detailed manner. Mr Buchanan was also very helpful in closing the deal/trade. Both Richard and Robert are a credit to this dealership. On a slightly negative note, the appearance of the showroom was less than one would expect for a MB dealership. Notwithstanding the construction/renovation, I was surprised to see no urgency in making the showroom more presentable. One might ask whether the customer comfort/impressions was of any concern to the ownership. In summary, high marks for the employees & POOR MARKS FOR THE SHOWROOM. More
I was very surprised that Mike actually allowed me and my daughter-in-law to take this car home until noon the next day. The trade-in price for my present car was higher with this dealership than the origina daughter-in-law to take this car home until noon the next day. We purchased a new S 400 through Wes Wheststone last weekend. We had a great experience! We saw the vehicle online at the dealership's Web site several days before our actual visit to the dealership. weekend. We had a great experience! We live over an hour away from the dealership so we wanted as much information as possible before driving all the way there. This was the only S 400 that they had. We inquired about it online and to do so, we had to provide a phone number (required field for everyone). But, unlike every other dealer we have dealt with, the team at Hagerstown actually listened to what we said in our email inquiry -- that we would prefer to be contacted via email and not by phone. It is amazing how many other dealers ignored this simple instruction and how many interrupting phone calls we received while at work! The internet manager at Hagerstown did ask by email if a call could be set up, but given our work schedules business by phone was just not possible and Hagerstown proceeded to deal with us via email. We had to change our appointment time a few times due to child care issues and Wes handled each change pleasantly AND by email! Wes also promised to let us know if the vehicle sold before our drive in so we wouldn't waste our trip. When we arrived at the dealership to finally see and test drive the car, we were met at the door in a very friendly manner. Wes was finishing off other business (we were late) and we were shown to the coffee and drinks and were instantly made to feel comfortable. Within 10 - 15 minutes the S 400 was out front with Wes showing us the car in great detail. Not only did Wes know about the car (it's amazing how many sales people do not really know their product), he was extremely personable. The test drive went well - Wes accompanied us the first time to show us the route and the features of the car that were not apparent while it was parked. Then, when we switched drivers, he stayed behind and we took it for a spin on our own. This gave us a chance to discuss the car candidly and decide what we wanted to do. We arrived back at the dealership and made an offer -- we negotiated and came to agreement within 10 minutes with the Hagerstown staff (not just Wes) checking in on us to see if we needed any more to drink or anything else. While we were with the finance department the car was cleaned and gassed up. Wes had contacted Sirrus and Mbrace. We were on our way home within just over 3 hours since our arrival with lots of well wishes and our new car. More
