The usually unpleasant and sometimes painful experience of buying a used car was actually a relaxing and pleasant experience. Mike was reasonable in the negotiations over the price and did not use the sales techniques that are designed to put the customer at a disadvantage. He stayed after his normal workung hours to complete the sale, which we really appreciate. At the end of the transaction we felt that not only did we acquire a car we really like, but also made a friend in the person of Mike. The business manager was competent, relaxed and informative. My experience with Younger Motors (Mercedes Division) was extremely positive. It involved a fairly complicated transaction where my father was buying a new Mercedes and I was buying his old one. He doesn't employ "high pressure" tactics that I have often encountered with other car salesman.
