He was very responsive with my phone calls and emails always answered immediately. Barry is also extremely knowledgeable of each feature of a vehicle. My trade-in was a 2003 model so there were many changes in the 2009 model I purchased. Barry patiently explained everything that was different and set the car to my preferences so I felt quite comfortable when I drove away. The entire sales staff is professional and pleasant as well as the dealership being clean and well furnished/maintained. Mike was a very good sales person. He was able to give me the time I needed to think about what I wanted to do. I came in on a Thursday evening not sure what car I wanted to buy. He helped evaluate and appraise my trade in and was able to negotiate a bottom line price on a new car that same day. I told him that I still wasn’t sure and needed to talk it over with the family. I ended up coming back on that Saturday to wrap it up. The paperwork went fast and before we knew it, we were driving away with a new Mercedes.
