Mike actually sold my wife on the Mercedes brand by his great knowledge on the safety aspects of your vehicles,(THANK GOD)the Mercedes looks so much better in my garage than the Kia she was set on buying. One last thing that helped the sale of this car is your service department and the way it is run, my wife can't say enough about the staff and how well she was treated when she had service done on our first Mercedes which by the way was purchased at your dealership. After much research, my wife convinced me to take a look at a 2010 Mercedes SLK300 she found at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. We arrived and were greeted by Wes Whetstone, who showed us the car. It was nearly flawless, single owner, and had less than 6K miles. Wes threw us the keys and we were off. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth, precise, and powerful the little car was! My wife was smitten. After a bit of negotiation, Wes not only gave us the exact deal (price and trade-in) that we wanted, but also found great financing for the vehicle. We came back for delivery and Wes treated us with a grand tour of the car's features and controls in the pristine "launch garage." Soon we were off into the sunset. We give Wes and Mercedes of Hagerstown an A+ in sales, service, and quality. Now I've got to find a Benz for me!! More
