Came in to service my 2012 E350 Sedan. I was almost done waiting when I walked into the show room and saw the beautiful 2014 E350 Sport. While I liked my 2012 I wasn't really in love with it as I had previo waiting when I walked into the show room and saw the beautiful 2014 E350 Sport. While I liked my 2012 I wasn't really in love with it as I had previously always owned Sports model cars and I missed that tight suspension of the Sport model. Two weeks prior to this day I had gone into the Audi dealership at Tysons and thought that maybe I'll trade my car in for a 2014 S4 the cost was about $61,000. I told the dealer that the only way I buy a car is with no money in 100% financed. Right out of the gate the sales person said, oh you need money in the deal. I said to them not to waste my time. Anyway long story short they approved me for a deal with $16K down. I laughed, no deal. They said the reason was just too much negative equity. This by the way was the third time I had tried to buy and Audi and each time the experience was no deal, no car. Don't worry this is not an Audi story. So here it comes....as I am standing in the showroom looking at the beautiful car the person that I normally deal with was on the phone with a customer when the sales manager Rob Buchanan came up to me and asked if he could help me. I kind of laughed and said, well I like this car but I doubt you can do anything for me since I had just learned that I have too much negative equity. I jokingly told the Rob the deal I would consider, no money down, my payment to stay the same and my husband to not be needed on the title. He said let me try and he ran the numbers, he then gave me a figure that worked, slightly below the number I had given him, but still had to look at the credit. Again I said this is nice but I have absolutely no faith that he could pull it off once he pulled my credit. I have great credit but a lot off it so my score is generally a little under 700. I filled out the app and five minutes later he stuck his head out of the office and now he gave me the exact payment number I had given him and said "it's done, you are approved".....I could not believe it...I literally started shaking a bit, I was so excited. I then looked at the deal they worked up and quite frankly could not have asked for anything better. The dealership is highly motivated to make deals and the entire team is excellent. My salesperson is Wes Whetstone and he too was excellent in this process. This by the way is my second car from this dealership and I am sure it won't be my last. More
I would expect terrific service and a great sales force when buying a more expensive car. I went to the dealership on Friday to test drive some cars. I had a light bulb out on my current car. I asked the service technician, Eric, if it was possible for him to get me in while I was test driving some cars. Fifteen minutes later my car had been serviced while I was still test driving some cars. Wes Whetstone sold us a car two years ago and he helped us buy our newest Benz. Took delivery today. Wes is exceptionally knowledegable about all of the cars and had all of the info on all of the used vehicles we looked. He could not have been more gracious or helpful in putting us in our M class Benz.. He helped us get our insurance switched over and handled a call from our bank to get us though the financing without any problems for us. We had stopped other time in the last month to look at some cars. Wes was not in but we were taken very good care of by Barry London. If we hadn't worked with Wes before we would have been very pleased to work with Barry. We have had a terrific experience buying our last two cars from Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. We would shop there again and highly recommend them to any one who asks us. Thank to to all of the great folks at this dealership. I hope you all have a great year. I have worked with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown for over 7 years. Bought my first car there. The sales professional I worked with during the purchase of my first car had retired and all I had been doing for years. Bought my first car there. The sales professional I worked with during the purchase of my first car had retired and all I had been doing for the past few years was working with the service department. I find that department 100% first class. I do not live near the distributor and every time I need service performed they are right there with a loaner car and the service is always right on. Regardless I got an email from Michael Lavrenchik, ( whom I had never met) telling me they were getting a new model car in I had been interested in for several years. He made a very friendly offer to visit the store and check out the car. He accommodated my schedule which called for changes and delays several times but was always accommodating and made me feel welcome and not a pain. Needless to say he was very informative and told me exactly what the car was about and demonstrated everything I needed to know. He understood the cars operation very well, showed that operation to me in a friendly and simplistic manor, and then showed me where I could learn more or review what he had explained. I bought the car. I will buy there again in the future because of mike and the great work of the service department. I also want to say a word about Austin Shemon who explained the optional warranty packages available on the car I purchased. He worked well with mike to make sure I knew just what was available and then waited a few days while I figured out what I wanted and needed. He too was a great asset. Together my experience was first class just like the car and just like the people who take care of me in that store. All buying experiences should be so pleasant. (PS - I ran a $3 billion dollar company and was the head salesman for 20 years and have covered company's service and sales needs around the world. I speak from experience when I say these things, it is a great store.) More
We had questions on fees on the contract and unfortunately the 2 gentlemen at the dealership were not well versed on them. They attributed them to "financing fees" and we're not able to elabora unfortunately the 2 gentlemen at the dealership were not well versed on them. After ASKING the sales person to go over the features in the nav system we could see that he was well versed and by doing so convinced us to buy the vehicle. If this was not reviewed with us we probably would have walked because at fist glance the car does not appear to have all the bells and whistles we were accustomed to with our other vehicle. We had also carried over the last few months of an existing lease into our new contract with Mercedes and were told by the gentlemen that Mercedes would be paying our other financing company off directly. We were EXTREMELY surprised to then get a check from Mercedes in the mail instead. This was an inconvenience because we did not make a payment due on our lease for the other vehicle and found ourselves having to contact the leasing company to explain why the payment was late - pretty embarrassing! All this being said, I would recommend this dealership because of the pricing. We had more than done our homework on that and they had better offers then the dealerships in the D.C. Area. More

My wife and I were in the market for a smaller SUV and decided that we would like to see what Mercedes Benz had to offer. We stopped by the dealership and met with Barry London.
