This was my first time at this dealership. I had never thought of buying a Mercedes before. On an impulse, I pulled into the dealership with my wife and asked Rob if we could check out one o I had never thought of buying a Mercedes before. My wife is disabled and hated the ride of the Kia Sorento that I purchased a couple of years prior, without her being with me at the time. Rob wasn't pushy and even held my dog during the test drive of a GLE 350. My wife was very happy with the ride. I have to say that I was, too, and all the features that come with the GLE 350 are very impressive. I came back the next day and completed the purchase.
