Don't buy certify pre owned (CPO) car from this dealership, THEY SOLD vehicle without second key in the middle of august , they forgot to place an order for second key, but they didn't care to fol dealership, THEY SOLD vehicle without second key in the middle of august , they forgot to place an order for second key, but they didn't care to follow up with parts department, they flaked , forgot, mislead , didn't care, made a fun!!! this is dishonest method of handling whole transaction , today( 11/29/2022 i was trying to talk to manager,but they washed me out and created a barrier to get into conversation with GM , I spoke with Mark salesperson , he intentionally was trying to connect me with Silvester (original salles man ) who is source of a problem because he is originally forgot to order, this Mark was saying : "listen, listen , i going to say what i have to ...." i was trying explain that i only speak to GM , because staff ignoring me. Mark was super rude and hung up at me, those guys acting like not mercedes benz , they manier horrible and shameless polluting a name of good brand, i spoke with Vito( GM) finally , We will see how he going to help> More

I need pay more 1083.00. but my car have sensor at wheel. . But i dont see alarm on screen . . Maybe my luxury car mercedes unsafe or this dealer untruthful. . Selling cars as certified that have been in accidents. I've been in the car business for over 30 years.. I wish I could write a review for every person that has told me about this dealership treating the I've been in the car business for over 30 years.. I wish I could write a review for every person that has told me about this dealership treating them poorly and being rude. A certified vehicle means absolutely nothing also a car fax that is clean means absolutely nothing. If these people knew anything about cars they would be able to inspect them and see that they have been in an accident regardless as to what has been what has been reported. They only do this so they can say a car is certified to give someone a false sense of security so they can make money. They will say they care about their customers but that is not true at all they care about one thing and that is making money. Shame on them. More

Needless to say, I’m disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for my next purchase. My only regret with this purchase is not reading the reviews first. More
After working with Mark CAPARELLI on a new C 300 today September 9 we had struck upon a deal over the phone that he got approved through as he said his sales manager Chris Fenton The sales price was to September 9 we had struck upon a deal over the phone that he got approved through as he said his sales manager Chris Fenton The sales price was to be $46,500 plus tax and license and then nothing as an add on to the vehicle as they so call put it as addendum‘s example being clear coat LoJack interior protection etc. etc. Mark replied I understand we’ll have nothing on the vehicle and the sales price will be $46,500 on a six-year loan tier 1 credit. Lo and behold I get there and everything changed there was a $1295 addendum on the vehicle and now the new sales price is 51,000 and change and Mark trying to twist things and say that no I said it’s 46,500 to be financed keep in mind he had no idea my down payment when he made that statement approximately eight hours ago and this just went down an hour ago at about 515-ish I had heard of this dealership bait and switching people with prices such as when you get to finance if you don’t buy between four5 and $6000 with addendum they will not sell you the car or they will add it to the price on the already negotiated price. Then the salesman mark has the audacity to tell me that I wasted his time and that I’m a jerk for wasting his time and that I had it all wrong. And I let him know that I was gonna go to the deal or her.com and he said oh you have nothing better to do with your time what an arrogant individual but all of that stems from the leader ship of that company because no employee in their right mind would ever speak that way to a customer so it all stems really from the general manager. and then for the sales manager Chris Fenton supposedly approving it based on what market told me it’s not even man enough to try to derail the situation. My recommendation for anybody NEVER do business with Escondido Mercedes or West Covina Mercedes they are one in the same. Unfortunately that’s how we outside their four walls label car dealerships very dishonest I don’t know how they can go home and sleep each night. It saddens me to write a negative review, as my buying experience here about 10 month ago was so pleasant. Everyone was so nice and funny and communicative. Being Mercedes customer for last 8 years, I have had some bad experiences at the Mercedes of San Diego and went with Escondido when I purchased my S580. No regrets. However, this is where one star review comes in. First the car starts having some software issues, then the software recall comes... Called for service, specialist named Brian took on my case, said it will be done in one day and promised me a rental. Upon arrival I was given a sad excuse "we are so busy" and had to Uber home. 2 days later car wasn't done with no prognosis when it will be completed. At this point I asked to give me the car back. No hard feelings, I asked him to call me when they have the means to fix it. Month later comes in a mail a second recall and at that point the car is almost ready for a year service, so I call Brian again as he never followed up with me. This time to his credit, the loaner is waiting for me and all bad is forgotten and I am promised the car done today with tomorrow the latest. Long story short - it is day number 19. I understand that nowadays some parts might take longer to get, but what upsets me the most is the way this dealership treats you AFTER you purchased the car from them. Your assign service person never calls you to update why its taking so long, two messages to his service manager and crickets, service department doesn't answer the phone and if you lucky to get through they can't help you and your assign helper is not at his desk of course and his voice mail is full... You guys are bunch of CLOWNS! I am due to buy my daughter a c-class for her graduation and my friend is pulling a trigger on a GLS, take a wild guess which dealership they won't be considering... Run by Misogynists - Women should avoid this dealer at all costs. I bought a 2019 certified pre-owned CLA for my daughter. The car has warped brake rotors. We pointed out the fault quickly and our sales rep got confirmation that they would fix them. We booked the car into the shop for fixing, which required my daughter to drive from LA. She received confirmation that the rotors are warped from the admin assistant after the engineer inspected them. Then nothing happened. The car did not get fixed on day 1, leaving my daughter to find accommodation overnight in San Diego. On Day 2 at 1 pm they informed her that she would have to pay for them to be fixed. I personally spoke to Jack Manukyan, GM, and he lied directly to me. He told me they had inspected the vehicle in certifying the car and there was nothing wrong. He told me the service manager couldn't see that they are warped now. He told me they would need to test them at speed. He told me that it could days to get the parts. All lies. The truth is that this dealership is run by a misogynist who gets pleasure out making a young 22 year old woman sit around waiting for him to decide whether to fix a problem that the car had. A problem that a reputable dealership would have fixed during the certified pre-owned inspection and if not, would quickly fix after purchase. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. More

I decided to treat myself and trade in my truck I just bough to this new 2018 I though I was getting a newer truck. I financed the Yukon from this Mercedes delarship in Escondido which is actually my community delarship worst mistake of my life. The truck started having problems two days after I have now spend thousands taking it to diff dealership gmc Chevy and both have told me my transmission is defected and that I need a new transmission $6000 dollars is the cost for a new one. I called the general manager and he Coluld care less. They are not trying to help me so I have now hired an attorney. Not only Did I lose my truck traded in I also lost the 10 grand I gave them down as well. All there cars are not certified and are not inspected they are not safe to drive. They are just using the name Mercedes to bring in Customers. I told the General manager I was going to stand outside there delarship with a big sign telling my community to not buy a car there at that awful place. Save yourself the trip the money and the stress and buy from somewhere else. I would like to start up a Petition so theseCrooks move out of our community and stop stealing from Innocent people. Then the salesman kept on calling and texting saying they would work with us because the general manager said yes. If this mkrtchyan had worked with us in the first place, we would have sat down and talked business. Do yourself a favor Jack Manukyan retrain this mkrtchyan to demonstrate a little bit of humiliy and learn to respect customers, so your sales person wouldn’t be leaving messages saying”please, please, please call back.” More
