They had the audacity to make a deal for $68,000 2022 MB E450 wagon and then add $2500 to the finance agreement for some ridiculous exterior and interior cleaning warranty. Unless you would enjoy being at the mercy of these professional automobile gangsters do not make a deal on the phone or the internet with them. You have to be there in person, see their faces, make them write the deal on a piece of paper, see the car, etc. They use the internet to screw decent customers. MB should look into a dealership that truly tarnishes the MB reputation. My other MB buying experiences were forthright, civilized, respectful, and enjoyable. I really wanted that car but I'm really glad I didn't buy it from these thieves. And I have never before written a review of anything on the internet. More

This is the second car I purchased from this dealer, and would have never returned but they had the exact car and price I was looking for. Both times I purchased from this dealership, they acted unethically, by trying to include an 'optional' protection plan into the price -- it wasn't itemized, so could've been difficult to detect. When pushing back, they attempted to claim the work in the protection package had already been done. I essentially had to threaten to leave before the item ~$5,000 upcharge was removed. I paid for the transaction by cashier's check and told them from the beginning that they would not run credit -- while agreeing to this, they still tried to collect my SSN. It was one shady move after another -- for the second time with this dealership. This leads me to believe these are standard sales tactics for this dealership. To top it off, the salesperson confirmed multiple times that a promotional charging package was included with the car -- all the way until I left the building -- and once I left, changed the story altogether. Also, their charge for the A & B schedule maintenance was over $1,000 more than the dealership in Carlsbad. I fell into that trap once and learned my lesson. This dealership represents the worst of any I've seen and is a pitiful representation of the Mercedes-Benz brand. I urge others to look elsewhere or pay close attention to every detail. More

Stay as far away from this dealership as you can. Little did I know they have a bad reputation as is. Im seeing all the reviews and non of them surprise me. What did surprise me is I dealt with a middle eastern named TK TOMA who assured me the S 560 that I was coming to pick up , 6 hour drive , was CPO and "mint " condition . When I arrived at the dealership the car needed to have the hood painted!!!! His reply was "what did you expect ? it's a used car! Do you want to buy a new car, ill show you a new car!" We gave you good deal. You can paint the hood . " Shouting and talking over me. My wife was worried I might ring the hummus and tabouli out of his neck. MBZ North America needs to check in with these jokers as there is a criteria MBZ holds to high standards before a car can be deemed Certified . These guys are known to misrepresent . That whole dealership is a third world demographic if you know what I mean. I use to be a fleet sales rep for GM so im not putting down car salesman . But these are the types of sales men that give this industry a bad name. To experience this at a MBZ dealership really surprised me . Once I cooled down after walking out the door and driving away, they sold the car to someone site unseen . Imagine the look on the persons face when the car arrives . In my opinion this dealership buys these cars from auction and claims they re Certified Pre Owned vehicles . I wish I had a picture to show . Shocking . Toma and the manager or even the dealership couldn't care less. Everyone knew I was upset that I drove so far down only to have been lied to . No one from management called me to say they were sorry for the 'MISUNDERSTANDING " or anything . Follow all of the other reviews including this one, Stay clear . More
