It's been a couple of years since we bought our first car, it was a C class. Back then we received an amazing service from all the team: from sales to service parts, they walked us through every detail o car, it was a C class. We had once a bad experience and filled a complaint form, the response of the Quality Assurance team was impressive: immediate, consistent, coherent with their brand. Amazing! What I like the most is that it is all included, they never ask for more like other dealers do, you pay the price, but the price includes everything, no small letters, no hidden stuff. They go out of their way to meet your needs. A week ago we upgraded our C-class to an SL, the most amazing deal we've ever done. Pam Lanier took amazing care during the whole process, she really did everything possible (and impossible) to close the deal as smooth and possible and we got an amazing service, worthy of the Mercedes Benz Brand. We didn't even have to move away from home. Our family has owned Mercedes since the 70's. They are amazing machines and have an incredible team of human resources. PS. Christopher Bayne was my service consultant during my recent 20,000 mile service. I was running late and let Chris know I would be there about 15 minutes late... Well, 45 minutes later, there I was, and there was Tarren White, the service greeter, welcoming me by name with a friendly " Hello Mr. Rodriquez, how are you today". WOW!! That DOES NOT happen anymore anywhere! Chris was ready to go with a loaner and the entire experience took 10 minutes! I appreciate those that respect my time, and being treated like a real person, not a number. Bought a Mercedes here.... I have had nothing but bad service..The car turn out to be a lemon!! This dealer tried ripping me off by $10,000 to trade me out of this lemon that they sold me in the first pl service..The car turn out to be a lemon!! l recently purchased a certified SL 550 at this dealership. My salesperson was Mike Rossi. He couldn't have been nicer or more patient. Since purchasing my car I have had several questions and issues to resolve, Mike and Rhett have been very responsive to resolving all my questions and issues. Just leased my 3rd car with MB Escondido. My husband had to leave for a golf game so I started the paperwork process. Piece of cake and good way to spend time. An immaculate showroom and facility. Spotless and upscale, including the restrooms which says something about the pride of management (I have been in luxury car dealerships with less than desirable restrooms). Ming handled the car selection. He is very well informed on their vast inventory. I had lots of questions and he had answers for all of them. Sales Manager Bob was on hand to seal the deal and insure that we were happy which we were. I turned in an E350 that I really hated to part with but leased a new ML350 that is an incredible car for the money. I was not thinking SUV until I drove it and then I was sold. It blows the BMW X5 away. Very comfortable ride and very roomy interior. Just a great car all around. My experiences have been consistently positive, both the actual transaction and servicing the cars. I've always had my car ready and waiting after service, clean and shining, with the work completed on time or early. This is a very professionally run operation, they treat their clients with respect and you get the feeling they sincerely care. We have a history with MB Escondido and will remain loyal customers for this very reason. More
We have been going to Mercedes of Escondido for many years since our first Mercedes purchase in 2003. They have always gone above and beyond for any service issues and concerns. Even bringing the loan years since our first Mercedes purchase in 2003. They have always gone above and beyond for any service issues and concerns. Even bringing the loaner and installing the car seat correctly for my pregnant wife when she caught a flat tire in rush hour traffic. Recently we found ourselves aquiring an 80's 260E and they went through it bumper to bumper and provided the same level of service as if it were our 2009 E63. Amazing and impressive. Larry goes out of his way to insure our concerns are cared for and we are motoring safely and keeps us informed every step of the way. We have found the prices for service to be less than our daughters Ford and less to maintain than expected. More amazing. My opinion is Mercedes of Escondido has the best in the industry working there and lead the nation in how to be an unsurpased Mercedes Benz dealer. More
I havent bought the car from them because i didnt like the color they had in stock but overall they seem towards the better side specially the lady whom i was talking to. Her name is Michelle. I went to MB of Escondido because I saw the car I wanted with the options I wanted at a decent price. The wife and I drove down there in her Jetta and as 20 somethings weren’t sure what to expect from a MB with the options I wanted at a decent price. The wife and I drove down there in her Jetta and as 20 somethings weren’t sure what to expect from a MB dealer, thankfully our salesman (Jim) was very friendly. He greeted us right away and let us take the 04’ CLK500 out for a test drive by ourselves which made me feel respected and valued as a customer. The car was priced on the low end of bluebook and they gave us a reasonable offer on my trade in (a 98’ CLK320). The finance guy (Dale) was professional and got the paperwork done quickly. They didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything else and overall I was happy it only took like 1 hour. All in all I would recommend them to my family and will check them out again when my wife is ready to buy her next car. More
