This was my first Ray Catena experience and I am so glad I chose this dealership. I was in thr market for a new car and had been for months with the current socioeconomic climate. My sales representative I chose this dealership. I was in thr market for a new car and had been for months with the current socioeconomic climate. My sales representative was John Kelly, who I was very fortunate to have. John provided excellent customer service, always courteous and professional. He was responsive to all my needs and inquiries, responding late at night to emails and such. John was proactive and continued to keep me abreast of the status of my vehicle, which was a custom build. Long awaited in this current environment, however worth the wait! It was a pleasure working with John, and I look forward to a long relationship with him and the Ray Catena team! Thank you! More
