We have purchased many cars from here after my employment ended with fairly and easy transactions. My latest experiences over the past 3 vehicles has been tarnished. The dealership has become run my managers who seem more concerned with their ego then their customers. The rude responses and lack of care were quite evident. Upon the purchase of another vehicle. $100k list. Was rudely told no discounts !! Take it or leave it. Even though Mercedes was offering $3500 in conquest and fleet rebates they refused to apply it. Besides that. The $799 bank fee that Mercedes shows on all their offers is $1099 here. They also charge a documentation fee of $899 ??? This is illegal in NY and seems NJ turns a blind eye. Price gouging is the name of the game here. Ray Catena is no longer able to work so you are dealing with rude and unqualified managers. This review will no doubt be taken down as they have dealings with dealerrater. I will post it as many times using other emails so my point is recorded. Shop elsewhere. NY dealers charge $799 bank fee $175 doc fee. Already saved you $1000. More
