This was our second time leasing with Jim and we have nothing but good things to say about him.. I was very disappointed with Todd's approach. I had every intention of making a decision this past weekend. Mercedes was my final stop of the day under the premise that I would save the best fo I had every intention of making a decision this past weekend. Mercedes was my final stop of the day under the premise that I would save the best for last. Jim was not engaging and made it obvious that I was an inconvenience. My son and I test drove a S Class Sedan. Todd literally said nothing about features of the car, or asked any questions about my preferences or needs. During the test drive, Todd only spoke when it was necessary to give turning directions. This made the experience extremely awkward, and uncomfortable. At the end of the test drive, he didn't ask if we had any questions, would we like to come in, or even a thank you. I was appalled. I left with no other reasonable explanation than to conclude that perhaps we did not "present" like customers who fit the profile of a S Class customer. His loss! I called and complained to the sales manager, who by the way, could not have been nicer or more apologetic. Unfortunately, Todd lost a sale for Ray Catena, Edison, NJ. By the way, the young receptionist at the front desk was no prize either, but that could be lack of experience and poor training. Todd, on the other hand, no excuse! Well maybe there's no excuse, but an unfortunate explanation which is becoming more and more overt of late. What a royal jerk! Ken H. More
