**Very Bad Experience – Avoid if You Value Your Time** I’ve had two terrible experiences with Jackson Barron, the service advisor at this location. Every time I pick up my car, I end up waiting Time** I’ve had two terrible experiences with Jackson Barron, the service advisor at this location. Every time I pick up my car, I end up waiting in the lobby for 45–60 minutes while he finishes up his endless phone calls. It's happened multiple times, and it's beyond frustrating. It's clear he doesn’t prioritize customers in front of him. When I dropped off my car for a simple oil change, I followed up with Jackson after waiting half a day for any update. He finally got back to me with the excuse that it was a busy day, and my car hadn’t even made it to service yet. Funny enough, the shop wasn’t busy at all when I dropped it off—it seems like he just forgot about me entirely. To make matters worse, Jackson promised to call me the next day when the oil change was completed. Half the day went by with no word from him. When I called the office, I was informed that he had gone home for the day without bothering to call me. Jackson is not responsible, not professional, and certainly doesn’t embody what you’d expect from a service advisor. If you’re looking for someone who forgets about you, doesn’t communicate, and keeps you waiting forever, then Jackson is your guy. Otherwise, I’d recommend finding someone who actually values their customers. More

Finn is one of the best car salespeople I’ve ever worked with! From my initial visit, where I was just exploring my options, he showed me a few cars without being pushy or aggressive. Unlike many salespeople, Finn didn’t hound me with constant calls but followed up just the right amount to offer help. When the 2025 model I was interested in arrived, Finn informed me promptly. I visited the dealership the same day and found a car with nearly the exact specs I wanted. We decided to purchase it and returned the next business day to finalize the deal. Throughout the process, Finn remained exceptionally kind and professional. There was a minor issue when my father-in-law visited the dealership the day before and spoke with another salesman for a price estimate, unaware it was the same dealership. Once he realized, he mentioned to the other salesman that we would be working with Finn. However, when it came time to sign the paperwork, I noticed the other salesman’s name was also on the documents. I felt this was unfair since the other salesman hadn’t been involved in our actual purchase, while Finn had been taking care of us for the past few months. I spoke to the manager, who explained that the system combines information from different sales interactions. I expressed that Finn was the one who had truly assisted us throughout, and the manager agreed to address the situation. I hope he follows through, as Finn deserves full credit for his work. I highly recommend Finn to anyone looking to buy a new Benz. 😊 More
