Kevin Edison made it so easy and pressure free for my new Jeep purchase. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me into buying something that wasn’t necessarily what I originally wanted. He took the time to listen to my feature requirements and didn’t try to oversell. Once I decided on the exact Jeep, I was amazed at how it kinky took about 30 minutes from start to finish, which was amazing. I felt very comfortable with the entire staff. This dealership is top notch all around. More

Lies and hurt I took my truck in for a oil and tire rotatio. Got it home and the emergency break didn’t work. Took it back up there. I told them no because it will beep and the dash will light up letting you know that it is on. Now they are telling me that I have to replace the whole back breaking system. I only had my truck for 6 months and have less then 8000 miles on it. But for $1796.00 They will fix it. For something that I didn’t even do. This is the worst place to go. They try to nickel and dime you to death. It doesn’t Matter if you have bumper to bumper coverage. They still don’t want to help you. They don’t care about the customer. Once you buy your vehicle you are all on your own. I feel like no one likes to help you. And the guys treat you like you are stupid and don’t know anything. More

My experience is too long and horrendous to explain! The short story! Run! Watch out! Talked directly to Dan, Sam, Scott, & Mr.Charlie (GM) of Meador in Fort Worth off S.Fwy. Still waiting on the GM to call me back. I was specific about asking the process of how things were suppose to go. Ordered a part for the steering column from their service department on 8/16. Dropped vehicle off the evening of 8/20 and left key in DROPBOX. Was scheduled an appointment on 8/21 to have vehicle diagnosed and part put on. I was told the vehicle would be ready on 8/22. When I arrived to pickup vehicle—they said “NO ONE had checked the dropbox today”. Soooooo..... I had to leave w/o my car & was reassured that everything would be ready the following day 8/23. Seriously! I went without my vehicle up until 8/30. No one would communicate with me during this mess. All I got was a RUN-AROUND session the entire time. And to top it off I had to come out of my pocket $1200 for THEIR FAULTS. And NOW my car isn’t running again. What an awful experience! I will never recommend this place to anyone! GO ELSEWHERE! Trust me, it’s not worth the time or headaches that I put into it! What a joke. Low integrity, lack of character, basically dishonest!! More
