When I went in to purchase the vehicle, they changed the price. The sale manager stayed in his office and let the salesman be the bearer of bad news. This was by far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. Buyers have options, with the wide range of car dealerships out there, I hope others will choose a dealership with higher standards. This one is absolutely terrible. More

I can only think that the reason he lied was to discourage me from ordering a vehicle and buying an in-stock unit that did not have the options I wanted. This is a terrible disservice to customers. Dealers usually pride themselves in helping customers get into a vehicle that works for them. Apparently, Jimmy Willians doesn't believe in that philosophy. If he is involved in any deal you are working on, I would walk away and go to another dealership with a more reputable sales manager. Sadly, the floor salesmen are good and really seem to want to help the customer; however, their leadership is failing them badly. I went to another dealership and worked with someone who was more than willing to help me get my new truck ordered. I can't wait to get it! More

Recently, I took my Dodge Journey to Meador for a transmission inspection. They replaced the right front wheel bearing and assured me that was the only issue. However, I soon encountered the same pro transmission inspection. They replaced the right front wheel bearing and assured me that was the only issue. However, I soon encountered the same problems again, prompting me to return the vehicle. Upon inspection, the transmission was revealed to have a leak, necessitating a reseal. The warranty company intervened, requesting that Meador drop the transmission pan for inspection. They discovered metal confetti on the magnet, and took over a week to send the photos to the warranty company, which required my repeated requests for photographs to be sent to the warranty company to initiate the approval process. In total, my vehicle remained at Meador for approximately one and a half months before being repaired. The majority of this delay was attributable to Meador’s slow hand at progressing my claim. Regrettably, the manufacturer of the rebuilt transmission provided them with the incorrect transmission. Meador promptly blamed the manufacturer for this error, although I remain uncertain whether they inadvertently ordered the incorrect unit. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that it had accumulated the same issues as before. The dealership informed me that a battery replacement was necessary before diagnostic tests could be conducted. Notably, I did not receive any trouble codes for battery issues, yet the dealership detected them. Considering the vehicle’s extended period of inactivity (approximately one and a half months without starting), it is plausible that the battery had discharged. Additionally, it is unlikely that the dealership maintained the battery on a trickle charger. While waiting for my wife to pick me up, I received a text message from Meador offering to purchase my vehicle. This action strongly suggests that they are no longer interested in working with me. This experience has led me to conclude that Meador will not be my preferred vehicle repair shop. I have no intention of returning here for any work in the future, nor will I purchase another vehicle from them. I plan to provide a follow-up review around mid-October, as I anticipate not seeing my car again until that time frame. More

If I cant get anything fine!!!!!! but it would be nice to know the outcome. Customer service just isn't customer service anymore!!! I get it you wanna sell a car but no need to be rude. If I am not able to purchase a vehicle at the time ok...…. but when I am will I choose Meador dodge...… don't think so!!! I understand your cars will sell no matter what, but it doesn't cost anything to be serviceable and polite. It is a shame what the car buying process has come to...…believe it or not the customers are the ones who buy the cars!!!! More

I had a problem with my coolant kept leaking I called 8 times no one called me back! I had to go up there and go off. Now I have a problem to where my windshield wiper felt completely off and they said it times no one called me back! I had to go up there and go off. I do not recommend this dealer at all to no one they will give you the run around! All they care about is money they don't give a xxxx about making sure you are satisfied and taking care of as a customer should be. I am fed up and ready to drop this car off and leave it because u can't even get a call back from nobody at all. PLEASE DON'T COME HERE AT ALL!!! Go somewhere else they will have you sitting for hours it's ridiculous. When u call they put u on hold and never come back to the phone.
