Again, Broderick and the sales team worked with the service department to make sure that everything was taken care of and made the whole experience seamless. Issues happen; how you handle them is the true test of a business. Broderick and the Meador crew proved to me that Meador does it better. I have and will continue to recommend Meador CDJR to friends and family. More

I had to bring it back a week later when parts arrived only for them to only do 2 out of 3. I have been calling for over a week with promise of return calls with nothing. Since surveys are such an important part of business I hope this gets someone’s attention and they call me back today and maybe they can get this review removed. Sad this is what I have to do to get my vehicle repaired… More
Would have put zero stars if I could. Funny how your 7th meador brand promise is dependable service after the sale and you have had my husband’s truck for 30 days now. I have taken the l Funny how your 7th meador brand promise is dependable service after the sale and you have had my husband’s truck for 30 days now. I have taken the liberty of sharing our experience with you. On or about August 21, 2024, I dropped off my 2015 Dodge Ram due to an issue with the AC not functioning properly, along with a check engine light and an intermittent cruise control problem. I trusted your dealership to diagnose and repair these issues professionally and efficiently, but instead, I have been met with repeated delays, poor communication, and frankly, unacceptable customer service. When I brought my truck in, I was told it might take a few days to get it diagnosed. That was fine. What wasn’t fine was the complete lack of communication from your team in the days and weeks that followed. It wasn’t until the week of August 26 that I finally received a call from Delecia, the service advisor, who informed me of the issues with the AC motor and fan, the cruise control button, and the check engine light being related to an oil or O2 sensor. She stated that she needed to submit these findings to Max Care for warranty approval, which again, I was patient with. But from here on, things have only gone downhill. Delecia informed me that a rental should be covered by Max Care, which was important as my wife and I have been carpooling during this time. I was shocked when I later found out that Max Care's rental coverage had expired and I was offered a rental at $89 per day, with a $200 deposit. I was not informed of this limitation earlier, and the lack of transparency here is frustrating, to say the least. Moving forward to the week of September 3-6, I began reaching out for updates. I left voicemails, used your auto-text system (which, let me just say, is absolutely useless), and still received no callback. I finally spoke with Delecia on September 5, who told me that the parts wouldn’t arrive until September 10. So again, I waited. When September 10 arrived, I heard nothing. No update. No call. Not a single bit of communication from your service department. It wasn’t until I called on September 11 and spoke with Jose that I was informed of a completely new issue – some catalytic converter repair that would cost $2,900. Where did this come from? Why wasn’t this communicated to me earlier? Why wasn’t it caught in the original inspection? And why, if this is a mechanical issue, is it not covered by Max Care? To make matters worse, Jose's demeanor when speaking with my wife was completely unprofessional. She called on my behalf, not knowing I had already spoken with him, and he rudely dismissed her by saying, "as I have already told your husband." Let me be very clear – being rude or short with my wife is completely unacceptable, and after all the patience I have shown, this was the final straw. After weeks of waiting, multiple attempts at getting updates, and being given inconsistent information, I am beyond frustrated. This experience has been exhausting, and it is completely unacceptable for a dealership of your reputation. Now, I sit here again, Tuesday evening, without any update on my truck, after being told repairs would begin today. This is absolutely infuriating. Either Jose was looking at the wrong information, or Delecia is failing to communicate with me about my truck’s status. At this point, I have no confidence in the service I am receiving, and I demand answers. I want a clear and immediate response regarding: The actual status of my vehicle and when it will be ready, An explanation of why the catalytic converter issue was not communicated earlier, A detailed explanation of why this isn’t covered under Max Care, An apology for the lack of communication and the rude treatment my wife received. This is by far the worst service experience I’ve had, and I expect better. I will not be recommending Meador Dodge to anyone based on this experience! More
I found this dealership online bc there was a specific vehicle I was wanting and this dealership had it. I called and spoke to Kevin. I 10/10 recommend Kevin as your next salesman! He listened to me, unde vehicle I was wanting and this dealership had it. I called and spoke to Kevin. I 10/10 recommend Kevin as your next salesman! He listened to me, understood my goal, and worked out a great deal with management. He did not ever pressure me or make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. He answered all the questions I had. He is very knowledgeable on sales and is fun to talk to! Great sense of humor. Not only is Kevin great, but I had trouble taking my car seat out of my car I was trading in and moving it into my new one, and so another gentleman assisted me! Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I enjoyed my experience today as it was a very smooth process. More

He helped me save money on my recent 2024 Jeep 392XR purchase. He is also our family go-to guy, as he has regularly helped all 5 of my family members get satisfactory deals on their dream cars. - Scheduled Appointment Service - 21 June 2024 - Took my 2021 Jeep 392XR in for an oil change and a brake fluid flush. While I normally just use the early-Saturday-morning first-come-first served for my oil changes, I did go ahead and use their web service to schedule my appointment due to the brake fluid flush. My 2021 is fairly modified but the Service Advisor did listen to and note all of my "special" caveats on his board before accepting my vehicle for service. My vehicle was serviced and returned in an acceptable amount of time, without issue. I know sometimes expectations are not always met by a dealership which can contribute to a less than stellar review, but the overall assessment I give is based on the total number of visits my family has made to this dealership. Sure, we've seen the employees come and go over the many years, but we still only go here for our MOPAR needs. More
My husband and I had been looking for a particular vehicle for a few months. We live in Arkansas and the vehicles available were super expensive! We ended up finding the truck we were looking for at M vehicle for a few months. We live in Arkansas and the vehicles available were super expensive! We ended up finding the truck we were looking for at Meador and I sent a message through the website. Within 20 minutes a representative reached out and connected me with Joey. He was responsive, informative and took everything I said into account. We worked the deal together by phone and set a date for us to drive in and get our new truck. He stayed in contact with me throughout the week before we left, reassuring me that the truck wouldn't be sold and was ready for our arrival. We left Arkansas and drove 6 hours. Joey greeted us when we arrived and immediately handed over the keys and told us to take it out. We did! The truck was even better in person. When we returned, the finance manager Garrett was with another customer so we had to wait about 20 minutes. Being in the car industry for 15 years myself, 20 minutes is nothing! While we waited, the sales manager, Luis came out to greet us and was very nice and professional. Once we got in with Garrett, everything went smoothly. We were up front about what we wanted and didn't want but Garrett wasn't pushy at all. He still explained the warranties to us but never made us feel bad for deciding against it. Before we wrapped up, Sergio, the GSM came in to introduce himself. He was very professional and welcoming. All in all, I think my family has found a new dealership to buy from. Although it's a long drive, it's totally worth it. Very competitive pricing and a smooth buying process is hard to find in dealerships. 10 out 10 recommend!! More
I'm back again dealing with this dealership an its sad how low it's went down since moved from campus drive an i20. They charge my warranty people 7k+ thousand to fix my truck. After I got my truck back how low it's went down since moved from campus drive an i20. They charge my warranty people 7k+ thousand to fix my truck. After I got my truck back I had to return it 3 days later an told manger this truck is leaking coolant some where so they pretend to check it return my truck an now 8 months later it back there today the same thing again. Nobody their gives two cares about your vehicle an their nonchalant an never have loaners cares like your policy covers. EVER!!. I truly in my heart believe they just patching my truck together to push it pass the warranty date and I told the first manger Chris don't patch my truck together an he said don't question his integrity an now 3 trips pack to dealership I see his integrity is garbage and I felt it from the beginning i can spot a xx'er a mile away.(ijs) You car an truck buyers out there you all have been WARNED⚠️ about this place for service an quality work performance an customers service. I recommend Roger's William location or just go anywhere but here. An no I'm not bitter an I've bought very nice challenger, jeep, dually from here an I been screwed to 3rd degree .. Not to mention they are on their 3 manger with in 12-15 months so what that tell you. More
My Jeep went to Meadors for drivearm repair MAY 2023. I was told that they would not sign off on work unless I also had new brakes and pads. I was charged $1700+ for a driveshaft and $1300+ for the bra I was told that they would not sign off on work unless I also had new brakes and pads. I was charged $1700+ for a driveshaft and $1300+ for the brakes and pads. Overcharged??? Picked up my Jeep in JULY, when it was finally finished, and didn’t make it home because the battery cables hadn’t been tightened and complete power was lost. I was stranded until a man stopped and helped. When the cables were tightened, I had no air conditioning and every single icon was lit on my dash. Now, there was a big electrical problem apparently caused by the electrical shortage. Notified Meadors and nothing was done, I was left with no air conditioning in July 100+ degree temperatures. Then there was something going wrong under my Jeep, the drivearm/driveshaft had come apart again. I got my Jeep back in SEPTEMBER. I drove home and looked at my Jeep and there was a black box hanging underneath. I took a picture and asked what it was. Meadors said it was the evap canister and I was told to bring my Jeep back. A friend helped me zip tie the evap canister up so I could return my Jeep. They did nothing, I left again with the evap canister still zip tied to the frame. Now I need a new state inspection sticker and my Jeep will not pass with a zip tied evap canister and all the icons lit on the dash. My Jeep has been at Roger Williams Chrysler Dodge Jeep where it has been diagnosed with $2600 worth of work to get it to pass state emissions inspection. Since I can’t get an inspection sticker I can’t drive my Jeep and I had to get a rental car. The rental car is over $4000 now (and counting) because Meadors/Lithia Motors has avoided me. While my Jeep was at Meadors for those four months the soft top was ruined because my Jeep was left sitting uncovered in 100 degree temperatures, the fenders and bumpers were sun bleached. The left back side was sideswiped with body damage. Meadors/Lithia Motors has had complaints filed against them for months. Complaints have been filed with Jeep and the Attorney General’s office. It appears due to the lack of response from Meadors/Lithia Motors that this will end up in litagation. Meadors/Lithia Motors has not acted with a reasonable standard of care and timeline or used the standard knowledge, skills and professionalism expected of a dealership. More
