Zero stars was not an option unfortunately. You would think a place like this is reputable and takes care of their customers but, no. They sold me a $20,000 vehicle with bad suspension and will not fix (Carolyn- sales-woman). I Took car in for oil change and a malfunction code on 4/17 (vehicle was drivable and had no issues when dropped off). They said my vehicle (Mercedes suv) would be done same day. Turns out they were unable to check it on their own and had to send it to Mercedes dealership to check the code. They Had my car sitting for over a week before they sent to Mercedes then it sat at Mercedes for 2 weeks because meador wasn’t communicating with them. Finally received vehicle on 5/9 in bad condition. completely different condition than it was when I dropped it off. They gave my vehicle to me on a flat tire and tilted and unsafe driving condition(never had issues with my tires or vehicle being tilted). I brought it to service advisor Jose’s attention that my tire was flat and push start button was missing the vehicle was also tilted and looked unsafe to drive but he advised me that it was fine (it was raining on top of that and they would not offer any other transportation for me to get home). I drove it home and vehicle skid across the freeway and brakes were scraping and wouldn’t work in time and I almost had an accident due to the unsafe conditions of the vehicle. Never had any issues with the brakes prior to drop off. Got home and tire was on flat AGAIN. Called to speak to service manager and Assistant GM and General Manager about the conditions and of course no response or call back. They do not care about their customers. Be ADVISED! As I sit here writing my review, my vehicle has been in the shop for 5 weeks, (I still do not have it back). I brought it in for oil change, popping noise, and a rattling seat. This has been THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely no communication unless I drive 30mins there. I had no loaner for 4 of those weeks. My understanding is the seat has yet to be fixed as well. I have done my best to keep my cool. But this is completely ridiculous. No one has, or will call me back...EVER! The service department will kill the sales department. I will never buy another vehicle from there again. I want my vehicle fixed, and back NOW! More
I purchased a used 2019 Ram Limited from Terry Cox at Meador this summer. They were not forthcoming with the issues on this vehicle. The Air Ride system was totally shot and something that one might not figure out on a short test drive. It also had an exhaust leak and a broken taillight. Terry said that they would fix the taillight but they just put a screw in it that held for about a week until it broke and the whole assembly went to hanging. I’ve spent $3,900 on the air ride system, and it’s still not functioning properly. I’m also upside down so much that I can’t trade it in. I wonder if they’ll take it back as a trade in? I bet not! More
Ram 1500 ecodiesel is a no go! !! And Meador Dodge is a joke! No remedy for our truck that has a recall and won't run due to recall. They have others at our dealership in the same b !! I would give 0 stars if I could. I was emailed regarding the vehicle, but the price they said was well above the price listed on cars.com. I was emailed back very rudely saying the price was less all available rebates and I would get the price if I qualified for those rebates. I said several times to stop messaging me. They kept on, even asking me if I would qualify for those rebates. They still kept on. I blocked them. More
Great team to work with. They all worked hard getting me into my new vehicle and especially my salesman Jonathan who was quick to get the paperwork and insurance paperwork h They all worked hard getting me into my new vehicle and especially my salesman Jonathan who was quick to get the paperwork and insurance paperwork handled immediately. Once everything was in order; only took about 5 minutes to sign everything. Great buying experience!! Highly recommend. More
ZERO STARS! ! Nonexistent customer service! NEVER take your vehicle to the service dept, they are slow, do not return phone calls, actively dodge calls, make mass ! Nonexistent customer service! The sales staff was great following up, but the only reason I called them was because Cars.com didn't publish the correct price for the vehicle.
