Where is my car? My vehicle has now been in the service department for a total of 13 business days and still no word on what is wrong. Dropped it for vehicle not holdi My vehicle has now been in the service department for a total of 13 business days and still no word on what is wrong. Dropped it for vehicle not holding charge, same issue a year earlier as part of a recall for the alternator. We had both the alternator and battery checked prior to dropping it off this time though. So, they tell us they are checking the alternator/battery, even though we tell them they were diagnosed elsewhere the same day, but only after we called them to find out we had not been updated on our vehicle, because our service advisor was in training and not at their location all week. Anyhow, no cost to us, as the dealership didnt code the first recall for alternator.......................so we were happy. They informed us that it could have also been caused by the fact that our "flash to pass" switch in the column was stuck, but they never even looked at that problem. Called us after 7 days to tell us all is well and vehicle is ready to go. Get to dealership and guess what? Car wont start again. Long story short had to argue with both the new service advisor and service manager about our vehicle and the inconvenience, plus the fact that they didnt even look for the original fault. So, get a free loaner from them and are advised by the new service advisor that it would be looked at the following Tuesday with the diagnosis. New service advisor says he was now our "guy" because he tends to communicate better than our previous one. Really, on Wednesday we had to contact the service dept multiple times, our new service advisor, the old service advisor, and the service manager again. Now Thursday business day 13 and we dont have our vehicle, they cannot tell us or will not tell us when its going to be completed, and to top it off stated that the tech was working on the repair. So, we informed them we had not been notified with the cause of the problem and had not agreed to any repairs, so how in the world could they be "fixing" the vehicle for unauthorized repairs. Now they are not responding at all. Pretty sad place to do business with. GO ELSEWHERE! More

I didn’t want to drive 3 plus hours to DFW so he handled everything on the phone and brought the vehicle to me! I sent pictures of my trade in and they gave me a fair price. Brought me the new one and drove off with my trade in car. The whole thing couldn’t have been easier and I’m very happy. I will definitely shop here first again in the future. More

Hate to leave negative reviews, but don't want others to get scammed. Businesses need to have better credibility and integrity. Here's the story...On November 9, towed to dealer. Spent nearly 3 hours waiting for them to deal with it. Told me everything was covered under warranty, including the loaner vehicle. On November 20, I was sent an estimate via email for $5386.80. I told them I wasn't going to spend that much and that we were going to take the vehicle someone else. When I sent a tow truck to get my vehicle they told the driver he couldn't take it until I paid my "outstanding bill." They told me that I owed almost $1,400 for the "rental vehicle", diagnostics fee, and almost a brand new PCM. I said, "What bill? I never authorized you to do any work." I was never called, nor was I told that work was going to be done without my permission. Because they wouldn't let me take the vehicle, I had no choice but to pay the bill (which they finally "agreed" to settle at $769.87). The other repair shop said they should have taken care of the fuse box before they changed the PCM. It might not even have been bad. Apparently, this is a common issue with our vehicle. The ground does not run to the battery as it should, it is grounded to the fuse box, causing mini explosions and surges. Dodge is blaming it on customers. I then towed the vehicle to another shop. The PCM was changed out without my permission and before the fuse box was replaced/repaired. Shouldn't have been done in that order. You always fix the power issues first, otherwise you can damage the new computer module. We our now driving our van around with everything completely fixed WITH DEALER PARTS for $1179.51, including labor!!!! I told my friend about it and he asked me what dealer it was. I told him it was Meador on I-35. He had the exact same thing happen to him several months ago on a Dodge Caliber. They quoted him over $5,000 and he went somewhere else and had it done for $2,000. Apparently, they told him he had issues that the other shop couldn't find either. I will NEVER take a vehicle back to these guys again. UPDATE: I bought a used Dodge Grand Caravan GT with 6,220 miles on it. I called the manufacturer and confirmed it was under warranty before I bought it. Took it to Meador for an air conditioning thinking what could go wrong, right? Then they told me there would be an $89 diagnostic fee if it wasn't covered under warranty. I thought who cares? It will be. After they inspect it, they tell us it will be $250 to fix. I could have taken it somewhere else for $80, but I figured after I paid the $89.95 fee and all the hassle it wasn't worth it. My wife came home and told me that she picked up the van, they told her there was no charge. Cool! A week later they call me and tell me I owe them $250. Avoid this place at all costs! More

I made an online service appt and then I was immediately routed to a vulture in the sales department. Once I told them I had no interest in speaking to anyone in the sales department, my service appt disappeared. I had to call in and make a manual appt. Juan, the person who was supposed to take care of everything - screwed things up completely. I explained in great detail that I was coming in from out of state to visit family and I had a limited window to get a recall repair completed. Juan assured me the part was in stock and they would get me out the same afternoon. I got up early to get to the dealership and drove about 40 minutes. When I arrived, the service department looked chaotic from the start. Juan wasn't anywhere to be found, so another employee started to pull up my appt. He confirmed they didn't even have the part in stock. I wasted half a day during a family visit because Juan doesn't know what he's doing. In my opinion, this is the last dealership you should consider for ANYTHING - especially service. More
