Lies and hurt I took my truck in for a oil and tire rotatio. Got it home and the emergency break didn’t work. Took it back up there. And they told me I drive with I took my truck in for a oil and tire rotatio. Got it home and the emergency break didn’t work. Took it back up there. And they told me I drive with it on. I told them no because it will beep and the dash will light up letting you know that it is on. Now they are telling me that I have to replace the whole back breaking system. I only had my truck for 6 months and have less then 8000 miles on it. But for $1796.00 They will fix it. For something that I didn’t even do. This is the worst place to go. They try to nickel and dime you to death. It doesn’t Matter if you have bumper to bumper coverage. They still don’t want to help you. They don’t care about the customer. Once you buy your vehicle you are all on your own. I feel like no one likes to help you. And the guys treat you like you are stupid and don’t know anything. More

My experience is too long and horrendous to explain! The short story! Run! Watch out! Talked directly to Dan, Sam, Scott, & Mr.Charlie (GM) of Meador in Fort Worth off S.Fwy. Still waiting on the GM to call me back. I was specific about asking the process of how things were suppose to go. Ordered a part for the steering column from their service department on 8/16. Dropped vehicle off the evening of 8/20 and left key in DROPBOX. Was scheduled an appointment on 8/21 to have vehicle diagnosed and part put on. I was told the vehicle would be ready on 8/22. When I arrived to pickup vehicle—they said “NO ONE had checked the dropbox today”. Soooooo..... I had to leave w/o my car & was reassured that everything would be ready the following day 8/23. Seriously! I went without my vehicle up until 8/30. No one would communicate with me during this mess. All I got was a RUN-AROUND session the entire time. And to top it off I had to come out of my pocket $1200 for THEIR FAULTS. And NOW my car isn’t running again. What an awful experience! I will never recommend this place to anyone! GO ELSEWHERE! Trust me, it’s not worth the time or headaches that I put into it! What a joke. Low integrity, lack of character, basically dishonest!! More
Service Department-Has to be the worst one ever!!! I had made an appointment online for 9/5/2018 for oil change, tire rotation and balance and recalls. I arrived at 745 am for my 8 am appointment I pul I had made an appointment online for 9/5/2018 for oil change, tire rotation and balance and recalls. I arrived at 745 am for my 8 am appointment I pulled in and after about 10 minutes the 2 males sitting there finally helped me. So finally after getting everything straight, they told me they do not have the water pump for that recall, I was fine with that, but I was assured that my oil change, tire rotation and balance and the sift interlock recall (I was told just a software update)would be done. I received a text from Christina if i needed anything to respond, well around 10:20 am I texted back asking what was the status of my truck, after about 15 minutes no response, so i went to the service advisor's office and I asked for some help, at first no one would help me, then finally someone called my service advisor saying I wanted to find out about my truck, waiting 10 minutes and still no one showed up, the guy called the service advisor again, (if she was busy why didn't she ask them to help her or why couldn't the gentleman just find out what was going on) so after about 20 minutes of still not finding out what was going on, I told them I just want my truck and that I was done. Finally my service advisor shows up and tells me they are just staring on the recall (mind you appt was at 8 am, and it is now 11:30am, I know it doesn't not take 3 plus hours for oil change and tires rotated and balanced). I told them stop and i just want my truck. Finally went to cash out and the lady just tells me to sign the invoice, glad I always look over the invoice because they said on the invoice that they did the recall on the invoice, so they had to call service advisor again to get the invoice correct. So i get home and they didn't even clean the oil that spilled from changing the filter and they rotated the tires and balanced them, but they didn't change the air pressure, front tires and rear tires where not correct. Come on Meador, where is the quality control on a simple task. horrible service this is the last time I will ever go there. More

Outstanding Dealership for a very Stressful Task OK, buying a new car is never fun but Meador Chrysler took much of the pain out of the process. We worked with Gilman who is a retired Marine. He expl OK, buying a new car is never fun but Meador Chrysler took much of the pain out of the process. We worked with Gilman who is a retired Marine. He explained the process each step of the way. In the end we felt Gilman fought to assure we received the best price the dealership could provide. We will definitely keep Meador Chrysler in mind for future car purchases. More
