Long story short...I drove 4 hours after placing a deposit on a brand new truck to wait 7 hours for the owner to get done with a weekend vacation of driving it & putting over 200 miles on it. We found deposit on a brand new truck to wait 7 hours for the owner to get done with a weekend vacation of driving it & putting over 200 miles on it. We found this out after hours of pushback and evasion from everyone at the dealership except the finance guy. Only after asking to speak to a sales manager, did we get a manufactured apology. We were also asked to not leave a bad review, knowing we had a bad experience. Poor management and owner. More
This was the fastest car buying process that we have gone through. Whole team was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They are a customer service driven team and it shows! I found the vehicle I like and contacted Meador. Spoke with Mr Don Evon. Mr Don Evon did an excellent job and did not try to be a snake oil salesman like many car salesman would. I dread going to a dealer with Mr Don Evon. Mr Don Evon did an excellent job and did not try to be a snake oil salesman like many car salesman would. I dread going to a dealership but I did not feel that way with Meador. Process was hassle free and no one twist my arm to buy the add on. One word NO is enough to a wise man and Meador seems to understand that. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Meador again. More
The turn signals on my 2008 Chrysler Town & Country started failing intermittently, and now two don't work at all. For a $185 diagnostic fee, the service department said my TIPM was bad and needed rep started failing intermittently, and now two don't work at all. For a $185 diagnostic fee, the service department said my TIPM was bad and needed replacing for $1,600+. In researching on the internet, I found videos showing how to do a reset of the TIPM. I think the $185 diagnostic fee should have covered the reset of the TIPM, which could have been done easily in the three days it took them to diagnose the problem. I don't plan to buy another Chrysler product, since they can't even make turn signals which can be repaired for a reasonable sum. More
