Bobby is the best salesman I have worked with in a long time. We weren’t able to make the numbers work on the vehicle I wanted, but he was still extremely professional and very personable. He didn’t go bac time. We weren’t able to make the numbers work on the vehicle I wanted, but he was still extremely professional and very personable. He didn’t go back and forth on the numbers, he told me what they could do on my trade in and the vehicle I was looking at and did it quickly and professionally. It was very refreshing to deal with a car company that dealt quickly with you and didn’t drag it out. I highly recommend you asking for Bobby if you are going to this dealer to buy a vehicle. He will take good care of you. More

Dealership worked with me but it took them a bit to get where we needed to get to. They ended up giving me exactly what I wanted, but why take so much time to get there. I do enjoy a good negotiation thoug where we needed to get to. They ended up giving me exactly what I wanted, but why take so much time to get there. I do enjoy a good negotiation though. More
Response from salesperson was quick and helpful. Carolyn was helpful and friendly. I obtained my own financing through my local credit union (I've never been able to beat their rate through a dealership) a was helpful and friendly. I obtained my own financing through my local credit union (I've never been able to beat their rate through a dealership) and flew into Dallas to pick up the car the next day, after placing a $500 deposit down. Car had almost 1000 miles more on it than was advertised and reported on the original deal sheet (the difference between about 300 miles left under factory warranty and no warranty). 50-100 miles is one thing, but 1000? My biggest complaint was that I was passed off to the finance director (after about 30 minutes) who looked over everything and came and asked about my financing and if I had a contract signed. As instructed by my loan officer, I gave him her email and phone number, as she said she would immediately email over the drafting instructions. He then called me in and asked a couple more questions. He had me return to the waiting room and I waited about 15-20 minutes for another finance guy to come out. He then asked me the same questions, completely disregarding the information I'd already given them about my loan officer (now for the 3rd time). He tried to tell me that it would be easier to finance with them because they couldn't release a vehicle without funds in hand. I told him again to contact my loan officer and that she would send over the drafting instructions. Finance guy seemed irritated but got her on the phone. Suddenly, just having the drafting instructions was just fine. I guess he thought I'd just cave. He was very curt and seemed irritated that I had declined financing and warranty and simply shoved papers in front of me to sign. He sent me out to wait for him to hear back from the bank without as much as a "thank you for your business". I went back to the sales office and waited about 30 minutes. Finally, Carolyn suggested that I contact my loan officer and ask to be notified when the instructions were sent (she said they don't always check and that I could be waiting another hour or two). Instructions had been sent 20 minutes before and not a word from finance. At this point, I'd been at the dealership for almost 2 hours. With financing in hand and price agreed upon beforehand, there is zero reason for it to take that long, especially when my FCU was being so responsive. The final straw was that they took down my DOB and social, stating that this was needed for "title purposes" and wouldn't be used to check my credit. Surprise, surprise...I received a notification while waiting that I had an inquiry on my credit. I did not authorize this inquiry and, after dealing with the finance guy, was even more irritated. I don't blame Carolyn at all for any of this...she did her job well. The finance department, however, definitely leaves something to be desired. More
Dealership’s salesman Luis was very helpful and understanding. The rest of the dealership overall was fine. The fob of the vehicle I purchased from them didn’t work so my car wouldn’t lock and they understanding. The rest of the dealership overall was fine.
