Techs are lazy and will joyride your car! I've brought in 2 different vehicles in for regular maintenance and picked them up with some major technicians oversight. Most recently was my challenger hellcat. Me 2 different vehicles in for regular maintenance and picked them up with some major technicians oversight. Most recently was my challenger hellcat. Meador is an SRT dealer so I thought it'd be okay. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed a new top speed of 102! Was registered on my dash. The service advisor said the tech was "checking for battery voltage". Upon reviewing my in car camera, the tech was already getting on it up to 75 on a service road, then went to 102! I have also asked for information from the advisor AND manager and haven't received any communication or follow up. The previous visit I dropped of my Rebel for an oil change and state inspection. I was within the 90 day window and asked them to do it. The Advisor said it was more than 30 days out but will verify and follow up, never did. Upon picking up the truck I had an immediate tire pressure warning. Due to the truck specs the front and rear tires require different air pressure and the tech didn't read the door panel to figure it out. Will not be going back! More

I love my Audi A5 sportback premium new car I purchased here with Clarence!! I have owned it now for about 3 months and I worked with Clarence on the used car side. Clarence was the best car sales professional I have ever worked with and the reason I say that is because I went to about 25 different dealerships before I landed here and all the other places we're trying to cram in a bunch of bogus charges or fees to make extra commission. He was transparent I felt comfortable I felt like he had my best interest at heart and I felt like I could trust him which goes a long way in car sales. We will definitely be back and we will be asking for Clarence on the used car side to help us upgrade. If you're looking for someone who is transparent isn't going to try to pull any shenanigans and have the patience to show you some cars I recommend Clarence at Meador where Clarence does it better!!!
