Kevin was the greatest!!! Kevin was very relaxed in his approach and that is exactly like we like it!! He really seemed to be having fun and enjoying his job. With this said he was also very professional. Kevin managed to find a wonderful balance between having fun and being very professional!!! As soon as I pushed the send button on the USAA Auto Service page about the truck we were interested in, we got a call from Kevin!! Later after coming back (2 hours) home I saw about 5 emails from several dealerships that had contacted us about the same request. Because Kevin took a minute to call us and encourage us to come on in to Ft. Worth and not just send an email....HE GOT OUR BUSINESS!!! Thanks Kevin for doing a job that was well over and above the call of duty!!! More
The first Grand Cherokee Kevin picked for me to test drive was the one I was looking for. My wife and I stopped by this dealership to look for a used Jeep. We described the type of vehicle we were looking for to Clarence Randles. Eventually we determined that Meador did not have the vehicle we were looking for so we thanked Clarence for his time and were in the process of leaving when my wife noticed a couple in the parking lot standing beside a Jeep. She went over to talk with them to determine how they liked their Jeep. She was informed they had just traded in this Jeep on a new vehicle. My wife noted their Jeep was close to what we wanted so she called me over and informed me of the situation. We asked the couple if they would mind sharing what they received on the trade-in and they said it was $16,000. We then went back to the building and informed Clarence of our discovery, stating we would purchase the vehicle as-is, with no warranty and no preparation by Meador. We were honest with Clarence informing him of what we learned from the couple concerning the value they received on the trade-in. Clarence said he would talk to the Sales Director to see what he would want for the vehicle. Clarence came back and told us the Sales Director said he had $20,000 in the Jeep. I asked Clarence if he told the Sales Director what this couple said they received for their Jeep. Clarence said he did and that the Sales Director said the couple was lying. My wife and I asked Clarence if we could speak to the Sales Director ourselves so he took us to the office of Sales Director, Jess Sutti. Jess asked us what made us think we could believe this couple. I responded the couple had no incentive to lie. Mr. Sutti responded that either they were lying or we were. We left and on the way back to our car we spotted the couple who were still at the dealership. I talked to them, stating the Sales Director claimed they were lying. I asked if I could see a copy of their sales document. They graciously showed it to me and it clearly showed the Used Trade-In Allowance for their Jeep was $16,000. When my wife took this to Jess Sutti, he responded very condescendingly telling her he had 20 years of experience and she wouldn't understand how things worked. While my wife was talking to Jess Sutti, I got the impression from Clarence that he expected the price from Jess would be around $23,999. My wife and I walked out in dismay, wondering how a person with 20 years of sales experience could have such woefully inadequate people skills. Mr. Sutti was planning to make an $8,000 profit on this sale for which the cost to the dealship would only be the commission to Clarence. In the process Mr. Sutti insulted my wife and impugned the integrity of the couple who traded in the Jeep. More

Until we came to Meador, we had not had a pleasant car buying experience. When we first arrived, everyone on the sales floor greeted us and made sure that we were taken care of as soon as possible, witho buying experience. When we sat down with our sales representative, Debbie, she listened intently as we described our car buying experience up until that point. Debbie was very patient and understanding of our circumstances. She quickly offered to show us the inventory on the lot and wasted no time working to get us into a new vehicle. Debbie and the rest of the sales team at Meador worked extremely hard to not only meet a price within our budget but to make sure we were happy and confident in our purchase. We completed our experience with Eddy, a finance manager, who was able to explain every aspect of the contract in a way that was easy to understand. Eddy was also very friendly and patient in answering any questions we had about our purchase and the contract. Meador Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was by far the best dealership we dealt with throughout this experience. We will absolutely be recommending Debbie and the rest of the Meador team to all our friends and family for their car needs. More
