They are currently jacking my husband around. Two nights ago they tried to see him a truck for 2,000 over what they had it listed on their website, thankfully he did not purchase that day. Then today he had a deal worked out over the phone, he gets there and the numbers changed drastically! He walked in already financed by our credit union (which they also use) @2.25. At the time of finance he was told he would have to take 4.9 or lose 1,000. Then the finance manager started to argue with him! Really...nice customer service!!! They did not even have the truck he was purchasing on the lot and was asked to drive another one home. Needless to say he is in his own truck and will be searching for another dealer ship, since these people completely took the "proud new owner" feeling away! More

I realize that we had some unique issues, but we had some time issues and felt like they should be quicker to respond. I have already had to come into the facility for other issues an was very disappointed with the over all service I received I guess Hyundai definitely has me spoiled they always wash an vacuum out my equus an even did the same thing on my 300 when they serviced it. there yall left the paper floor mat inside very unprofessional really need to work on overall making customer comfortable an extra perks such as car washes an vacuuming inside regardless of what service was done to vehicle other than that my salesman was ok nothing special he did or offered to do oh it was a gentleman in the break room offering free drinks other than that overall experience was OK at best however I will refer friends I feel like yall definitely or about selling vehicles an that's a good thing thanks hope this was helpful one way or another More

I called Matt Floyd to look at a jeep wrangler and ask about a Rubicon. When I arrived it was sitting in front ready for test drive. We drove around the block. Then I drove it home to show my wife.
