I had the best car buying experience ever! I recently went through a divorce and with my credit, I didn't think it was even possible to get approved anywhere. Every bit of the process was simple and quick, from the approval to finance paperwork to picking up my car (which was ready and waiting when I arrived). Kevin didn't try to B.S. me or waste my time, he was realistic about what I could get and afford and worked hard in my favor, not just his own. I will most definitely go to him again when I'm ready for another car, HE IS THE BEST! More

We traded our Genesis with your company because our budget wouldn't allow for keeping them both. We were very happy with the product until our experience with your service department. It didn't seem to be any fault of your employees, but the lack of needing more technicians. All I needed was an oil change but your service department was so slammed that we were talking one or maybe more days to pick it up. I needed something to drive because of my work. David was our salesman and he did a great job in helping the service department but the only answer was to rent a car. We bought the extra warranty that would cover any rental car expense. They said you guys work with Enterprise so they came to pick me up at your dealership. They said they would move me up to the next level because they were out of the small cars. Little did I know that the car they were putting me in was classified luxury. Now that free oil change was costing us dearly. When I needed an oil change at Vandergriff Hyundai, it would never take over 45 minutes. If it did I would get a loaner and they would call me when it's ready. For something that cost $60,000.00 we most likely will not even consider Meador when my wife's VW Diesel is ready to be traded, which is coming up in the next few months. Kevin was amazing. He worked very hard to get me the vehicle I was looking for at a better price than competing dealers. When I arrived at the dealership, he was aware of the other dealer's percentage rate, and guaranteed that he could match or beat it. He gave me a competitive value on my trade in, and worked efficiently to get my wife, my son, and myself in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. When the vehicle was on site, he text messaged me and told me it would be ready in a given amount of time. When I arrived to pick it up, he went over all of the options of the vehicle, paired my cell phone to the bluetooth, and even helped me move my items from previous to new vehicle. Visited with Matt Floyd about the possibility of buying a Jeep. I have never owned a Jeep and did not know much about the various levels available. I mentioned that I had a unique trade, which he was pleased to provide a trade in value for me. He also showed me a left over 2012 Call of Duty Jeep. I really had no idea what Call of Duty meant. I thought it was a patriotic theme, which peaked my interest. After looking at the fully optioned Jeep, I obtained an appreciation of the level of quality available. After a few emails discussing my options, we came to an agreement on the 2012 Jeep. After the test drive with my wife, we signed all the paperwork and became proud owners. Matt was most helpful during the entire process. He was honest and upfront about what he could and could not do. The last time I owned a Mopar product was a 1989 LeBaron convertible. That was a great car and I hope the Jeep will be as much fun and as reliable. More

Had a great, and painless, experiance purchasing my new Dodge Ram. I have 4 Dodge Rams over the past 20 years and this was by far my most pleasant experiance with a Dodge Dealership, not only with Kevin bu Dodge Ram. Kevin was great. No pressure to buy. No slick salesman talk. Even though we arrived about an hour before closing he took the time to show us every car in stock that matched what I wanted. Once we chose the car we wanted, Kevin was even great when it came time to talk about price. We got a very good deal and we are happy with the car. If we had to pick a negative about our time at the dealership it would be the fact that they were unable to detail the car before we left. That was because the staff who normally do the detailing were getting off when we arrived. We are not holding that against them, we'd rather go home on time too. Mopar or No Car!!!!!! More
