I emailed Debbie Clayton about a month before I wanted to buy to get a feel for the sales department and the dealership. She found a couple of vehicles that fit my initial description as I had used USAA car buying service for my purchase. Within 2 days I had gotten an initial quote that was fair but I was not ready to purchase just yet. Debbie kept in touch over the next few weeks with updates to their inventory and current promotions. I received an email from Nickie with a great offer so decided it was time to make my purchase. I got all my pricing and offers together along with getting pre-qualified to make sure I got the best deal. I showed up to the dealership about 20 minutes early, only 1 salesman asked if I needed anything and I did not feel pressured at all. We spent a couple of minutes checking out the inventory on the lot and found a couple of cars I had seen online. Debbie was waiting in her office ready to answer any questions and was very accommodating. She arranged the test drive within about 5 minutes. After the test drive the negotiations began. I was expecting a ridiculous battle as I noticed they had added some aftermarket accessories to the car that I did not see listed online. Nickie gave the initial price, I wasn't happy about the additional fees. Before I could counter with a price I was more comfortable with, Nickie came back with a price within a few hundred of my goal price and BEAT my financing rate from USAA so I did not feel a need to counter any further. I got a great deal on my Dodge Journey! Financing was very easy, Amanda made sure the payments matched up properly and gave me a quick overview of additional warranties while entertaining my daughter. :) All in all, it was a very wonderful experience and I recommend Meador to anyone. Total dealership time was under 3 hours. More
Matt Floyd is a very good sales person, he knows the brand very well. Matt worked very hard to gain my business, and he did. I would see Matt again when it's time for another car. Everybody I delt with was just fine, the F&I guy could do a bit better for sure, he almost blew the deal wile I was in finance. I over looked that, because Matt had me feeling good about my purchase, Matt Floyd saved the day so to say. This is a good dealer and I will let people knoe that. More

I entered my association with Meador through an auto loan recommendation from EECU. As with any large dollar purchase, I was initally defensive and skeptical of the sales staff. My wife and I were introduc recommendation from EECU. As with any large dollar purchase, I was initally defensive and skeptical of the sales staff. My wife and I were introduced to Kevin Eidson. Kevin was not the pushey, high-pressure sales person we had encountered with other auto salespeople through the years. We quickly formed a satisfactory working relationship. Kevin helped select the vehicle we eventually purchased. Kevin then presented his sales offer, we presented our counter offer and eventually settled on what was considered to be an acceptable sales price. Even though Kevin was busy and involved in several other ongoing sales relationships and various problems at this time, he paid his full attention to our concerns while we were communicating. He has the sales experience to know which questions to ask, when to back off, and when to give a little nudge for a positive response. Kevin is the consumate sales professional and we believe he does help to generate a very good reputation for Meador Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. It is understandable why he is one of your top salespersons. His follow up after the sale helped us to further understand some of the new accessories incorporated within our new Jeep. Our experience with the F&I department was also very positive. I do wish I could remember our agents name, but as I am responding here, my mind has hit a blank. Sorry about that. I do hope our future relationship with the Service Dept. while our new Jeep is being serviced will continue to be at least as positive as was our experience with the sales person who sold us our vehicle. More
With the number of things taking up time during the day or weekend, giving up a day off to go through the buying a vehicle process is not on my "to do" list. The reason I gave good or great on my answers are as follows: 1. Matt the salesperson was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to explain the new features on my Dodge Truck. Another thing he did was help me get everything out of my old truck. One more thing he did was get the old step off my bumper and put it on my new truck. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the features on the new truck. The only area Matt could improve on is the follow-up after the sale. Personally I would have liked Matt to call me a couple of days after I had the truck to see if there were any questions. 2. Eddy was very helpful with processing all the paperwork. Also he explained things in details which made them easier to understand. Furthermore he was very good at answering all the questions I had. 3. Darrell who I have known for 30 plus years is your most outstanding Service Person you could ever hope for. Every time I call Darrell he is more than ready to help and goes the extra mile. An example is after purchasing my new truck I found the extra set of keys and the wiring kit for a trailer hook-up for my old truck. I called Darrell and he told me that he could get it to the correct person. When I showed up Darrell walked out to my truck and took the keys and wiring kit, I did not even have to get out of my truck. Now that is and OUTSTANDING job of servicing your customers. I sure hope Darrell's boss knows what an EXCELLENT employee he has in Darrell. More

Everything she told me on the phone prior to our test drive was accurate. At the time of my inquiry on the vehicle, there were no pictures available yet so Isabel took it apon herself to go out and send me pics so that I could show my Family the vehicle. Needless to say, due to her quick response and follow-up, we purchased the vehicle that day.....she sold the car before it even made it to the detail shop. She made the buying experience a pleasure for us. It is great to deal with a person who truly loves what they do and wants to treat the Customers the way they should be treated.
