Excellent experience First off, the price was very good and Kevin worked with me to ensure he was competitive without being pushy at all. Other dealers would call me 5-6 times a day, but Kevin wasn't pushy and emailed me back quickly and answered all of my questions. After we agreed on price, I requested that the vehicle be ready to go and the paperwork drafted so that I can sign and drive off. I have 15 month old twins, and sitting in a dealership trying to work out a deal would not have happened. Kevin was able to arrange everything for me and had the car waiting at the front of the dealership when we pulled in. We only had to wait about 10 minutes to sign in the finance office. Compared to other cars I have bought, which have taken several hours at worst, this was by far the best dealer experience all around. I would highly recommend Kevin and will come back if my next car is a Chrysler product. Thanks again!! More
