Of the four dealerships that USAA sent me onl When I first started looking for a new car I used USAA's service to find reputable dealers to deal with. Of the four dealerships that USAA sent me only Kevin Eidson at Meador Dodge responded with a quoted price. One dealership even sent me a link to a vehicle that was WAY out of my price range. I decided to visit these dealerships and was quite impressed with the way that Meador did business over the others. When I purchased my vehicle, Kevin delivered it to me so that I would not have to drive all the way back to the dealership. They also gave me a loaner vehicle to use in the interim. Once my car was delivered to me, Kevin took time out to program my garage door opener and phone to the Uconnect/Homelink system. He gave me a full demonstration of all the features of my new car and made sure I was happy with it's condition and did not have any other questions on the vehicle before I drove away. This was one of the more pleasant car buying experiences I have had. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone I knew who was looking for a new vehicle. More

After taking it for a test drive, we went in to start the paperwork and negotiations, then on to the financing. Overall, we were there about 4 hours, which is a lot better than all day. Best sale experience ever I sent vehicle price requests to several dealers. Yahya, responded back to me, within about 5 mins. My first impression was, another pushie car salesperson. Out of the 5 internet requests, I made at that time, Yahya was the only salesperson who called me back that day. He asked me what I was looking for and took all my info, said he would see what he could find. I received call backs from him every few days, updating me on what he found. At no time did I feel pressured into taking what he found. After 2 or 3 weeks of looking we decided best thing to do was to just order a new truck with the options that I wanted. I set up a appointment with Yahya, we set down and went over just what options I wanted. 'Order was placed, then I decided to make a change, called Yahya " no problem" . What I'm trying to say is, this guy never once tried to rush me into buying something., just so he could get a sale. I might add, this was not the first new vehicle I ever bought, but this was the first time I have ever dealt with a 'car salesman' that I enjoyed working with.When I'm in the market to purchase another vehicle, I will look Yahya up! I really appreciate the idea that when I was told something would happen, Kevin made it so. In your email the word expectations was mentioned, did Meador "Jeep" meet mine,? a resounding yes. I always try to buy new when ever possible and in doing so I meet a lot of sales personnel. I have been talked to, talked around, and even treated like I was ignorant. I'm a Jeep person since I was five years old driving a 1941 Willy~Kiser MB Jeep. And I spent twenty years in the Army driving and riding in the M38, M38A1, A2 and eventually Hummers. Upon return to the USA I bought a CJ-7 Jeep, I owned it for 17 years and it never gave up the ghost anywhere in the mountains. Meador Jeep has an excellent sales person in Kevin Edison. I could see and feel his professionalism and attention to detail. Something lacking in many businesses today. I want to thank ALL the people who helped Kevin Edison and I'm sorry their names fail me. I live over an hour away but the drive was more then worthwhile to obtain the vehicle (Jeep Rubicon) I wanted at the price I needed. While not intended, I threw two curve xxxxx their way during the process and they dealt with it quickly with zero hassle or issue. I could not recommend Debbie or Travis more then with the following, "I would send my family their way and would personally return for any other vehicle purchases I might make in the future." You owe it to yourself to purchase your vehicle through people who see you as a customer in need.....not simply another number coming through their dealership. More
