Recommendation I contacted three jeep dealers in the Dallas Fort Worth area when looking for a vehicle to purchase. Got bids from all three for the vehicle as specified, with Meador being the best price. Another dealer was closer and more convenient, so I pursued it with them, despite the price difference. They were very poor on customer service - at one time, I had an appointment to come in and discuss a particular vehicle, and when I got there, I found (after about half an hour) that the vehicle had already been sold. I then went back to Meador. No games, no problems. They ordered the car for me and delivered at the price advertised, with no issues when I came to pick it up. Easy to deal with, and they didn't try any tricks. More

The result was not enough Meador personnel to handle the sales process in a manor that could be considered "reasonable" . It doesn't take 20 minutes shy of seven long hours to buy a 1 ton truck. 2:15 pm - 8:55pm. Positive attributes : Price associated with the deep Meador discounts could not be beat anywhere in North Texas in the sales month of May. They were Honest. On the initial phone call the salesman told me what to expect in the outlined buying process, and when I arrived there was no deceptive practices.What I really appreciated was I found NO hook and bait tactics at this Dealership. In negotiations department : after minor haggling, I received a second higher appraisal when the salesman had to go back to the General Manager for my request for a "bump upward" on what was the final elevated value on my trade in. The Salesman "KE" was many times more patient than myself, super calm, enjoyed his work, was light hearted and emanated reassurance through the entire buying process. I would definitely use them for future purchase's. More

The first service advisor always wanted us to buy a supercharger for it...which would void the factory warranty, by the way...but we weren't there for that. They got rid of him after a couple of months and hired Junior. I've owned many new cars from different manufacturers and I just have to say that Junior Mascorro is the BEST Service Advisor that I have ever dealt with! I went back to Meador last week and was saddened to learn that he is no longer there. Nothing bad about the current employees, but if Junior has gone to another Dodge Service Center, I would certainly switch to the new one just so that I can have Junior back! More
