Visit I had been talking with Kevin via email for a couple of days. Finally on 6/13/2014 I got up there in the around 3:45 pm and he got me into the Grand I had been talking with Kevin via email for a couple of days. Finally on 6/13/2014 I got up there in the around 3:45 pm and he got me into the Grand Caravan that we actually wanted. We went back in forth a little bit but he had told me that he would make it work and he did. Kevin was very optimistic it was going to work, it did. I trusted he could and that is why I drove over an hour to do this deal. He was very upfront and professional.. The finance man Matt was very straight and to the point and professional but yet down to earth. I apprecaite what they did and by 8:00 pm I was on the way to Mineral Wells with a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan that had 16 miles on it. The time waiting for the finance officers took a bit longer than expected, not the officer's fault, just too many customers and not enough officers. I would recommend hiring more officers, or having officers on standby or even part-time hires to keep customers from long waits. The process can be tedious, but can be expedited with proper manning.
