We told him we would come back as soon as we were ready. August 8, 2014---we called to set up appointment with him. He told us come on in! We did and he started the process. He told us what he thought we could get! I was set on a challenger....I really liked the look and the feel of it. They worked and worked to find one in my budget. We don't have A+ credit and that works against you, but they got the deal done! It was amazingly fast! Matt in financing was kind and compassionate and worked to get us the best deal! I will recommend them to ANYBODY I know! We will be back for the extended warranty! More

Amazing experience Alex was an amazing salesperson. We called her on the phone and let her know exactly what we were looking for. She worked with us even though it was Alex was an amazing salesperson. We called her on the phone and let her know exactly what we were looking for. She worked with us even though it was pouring rain outside and got us the deal we wanted, quickly and efficiently. The entire staff was wonderful and walked us through the entire purchase from start to finish making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The follow up has also been beyond compare. This is not a regular car dealership, they treat you like family! More

Honestly, I have given up and am looking at other ways to get answers, Dated July 18th- Alexandra, I am here in the service department right now (they had no idea I was coming and there was not a loaner car for me). Would you mind bringing the Ray Charles CD to me when you are back at your desk? Also, when I was with the finance person I purchased the maximum warranty. He told me all routine maintenance was covered for life (no matter how long I owned the car) and in the service department they are saying I only have 18 oil changes to use. This is concerning as the information I am being told by Service IS NOT even close to what I was told by finance. I am hoping this is a computer oversight and the warranty I purchased is not in the computer yet. Please advise. I would not recommend Meador to anyone I know. I find it interesting when I mentioned to the Meador team I was looking at cars at Holt Dodge, I was told "we get a lot of customers from Holt because they are not all that honest." Based on how I was treated, I would assume holt says the same thing about Meador. More

Avoid this place like the plague. I dropped off my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee at 7:30AM today so that they could triage and fix the noises and leaking coming from my engine. Obviously, I dropped off my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee at 7:30AM today so that they could triage and fix the noises and leaking coming from my engine. Obviously, this work should be covered by my warranty, which means that Meador will be paid directly by Jeep (i.e. - sweet gig for Meador). When I arrived, they were quick to tell me that they do not have a "loaner program". Once I told them that I was not going to sit in their waiting room all day, they offered to shuttle me to my house. I hesitantly agreed. I still had to sit and wait for an hour before their shuttle arrived to take me home. Just before I left on the shuttle, I noticed an xxxxxx customer giving it to the guys at the service counter because he wanted a loaner car. Long story short, they caved to him. xxx?! I'm nice, and get told no loaner... This guy is a d!xx and he gets a loaner... Who in the xxxx is managing this place?! So, I called Bobby Brown, my "service advisor", at 1:00PM requesting an update since I hadn't heard anything yet - no answer, so I left a voicemail. At 3:00PM, I sent an email requesting an update - it's 4:30PM and still no response. What car dealership owner, in their right mind, thinks it's okay to leave a customer stranded all day without a vehicle?! It's not like I did something to necessitate these repairs; I took it in for repair because their product is faulty. Stay far away from these guys! More

It took special effort to find my vehicle and he traded another dealer for it without hesitation. Other dealers were unwilling and one wanted to add a surcharge. In addition we did not have to haggle on the price of the new truck or the trade-in. They were fair, honest and competent. I can't believe I'm saying this but they are not your typical dealership or salesman. More
