Overall very dissatisfied with the service at Meador Dodge. We waited for over an hour in financing even though we told it would take 10 minutes. After we purchased our new charger, the alternator began malfunc We waited for over an hour in financing even though we told it would take 10 minutes. After we purchased our new charger, the alternator began malfunctioning. I was unable to contact the service department and JJ promised that he would have them call me. It has now been 2 weeks and still no response. I also received the wrong key for my car and I was told that they are still searching for my second key. My car was dirty the day we bought it and I was promised to have it detailed on a later date, but now they are "too busy to have it done." We were overall very dissatisfied with the service at Meador Dodge. More

Service dept horror Arrived at 9 for quick oil change and inspection. At 11 was advised (" coincidentally " same as the lady sitting next to me) that I needed new wipers Arrived at 9 for quick oil change and inspection. At 11 was advised (" coincidentally " same as the lady sitting next to me) that I needed new wipers for my 2 year old SUV that cost 30.00 before would do inspection , I agreed hoping would be out soon. But no almost an hour later and having to reschedule a noon appointment, asked my service tech if my vehicle was ready and no it was not still 2 cars ahead of me.!! I asked him to cancel needed to go forget the wipers and he proceeded to tell me it was too late for the wipers they are on and will still have to wait 10 more minutes before he'd bring my vehicle around. But what topped it off was he was rude and told me with his finger to wait in the waiting room because it was going to be awhile !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still upset will NEVER go back ,had been going there for over 2 years. Never again. Even bought the Journey here !! More

Kevin has sold us 2 of 7 truck, suv and Jeeps. He's great! Everything was great but the detail of the car. It had bugs on the sun roof cover and when we opened the sun roof bugs went all over the car. All the Everything was great but the detail of the car.
