In two days I left several messages with a few different people and received maybe one call back and it didn't even resolve my issue. Finally I was able to speak to a lady who did everything possible to help me. She said let her do some research and she would call back the same day. I was quite skeptical as that was what everyone else said. However, Whitney did call back! What is even better is that she completely handled my issue and answered all of my questions!! Oil Change I have tried twice to have the oil changed on my new extended warranty truck and have been told it would be a 3 hour wait.
