Major Problems Still Not Fixed I bought a new vehicle Aug 10th, 2014. Part of our deal was to install a brand new sunroof. Two weeks after the install, it rained. There was a leak in the roof and shorted the dome light and filled it with water. I returned the vehicle to my sales manager. They reported that it was "fixed" after 5 days. Now, two months later and after it rained again, my dome light is filled with water, the lining around the dome light is filled with water, and my back seat is wet. Now I will have to go through the same thing again, driving a borrowed car that I like better than the one they sold me. More

One call to Meador and I was connected to the salesman who worked with me throughout the entire process. Kevin and the Meador team were patient with my questions about buying a car out-of-state and even overnighted the paperwork so I could review before I made the journey to Ft. Worth. Negotiations were a breeze and I felt like I got the best deal possible. The car was detailed and ready for me upon arrival and Kevin even took the time to point out some unfamiliar features.
