I bought my 2007 Jeep Liberty at Meador, and have always brought it in for it’s regular maintenance. I have never had any problems with the service dept until recently. This issue was a deal breaker for me brought it in for it’s regular maintenance. I have never had any problems with the service dept until recently. This issue was a deal breaker for me and I was ready to never step foot through the doors again and I said as much in a survey that was emailed to me. A few days later the service manager Joel De Grout called me to find out what he could do to change my mind. Mr De Grout listened to my side of the story and was genuinely very concerned about losing my business and offered to “make it right” if I would be willing to give them the chance, I said I would give it another try. He turned me over to Junior Mascorro who was very accommodating to my time constraints as I work a lot of odd hours. (Junior has helped me many times in the past and I’ve always been happy) I dropped my Jeep off late Wednesday morning and picked it up at 7:00am Thursday. Everyone was aware I had a tight time frame that morning and they were professional, nice, and very fast in getting me back in my Jeep as quickly as possible, I was out of there and on the road to work by 7:10. Junior even took care of my rental car, and returned it to enterprise for me. I will definitely return for many years, and I will tell as many people that will listen that Meador Service Dept is the place to go. I am just another customer with a service need but yet they made me feel like I was their most important customer, they went above and beyond to make sure my service needs were taken care of and I am one very happy customer today!
