Greed I brought my vehicle in to have a window inspected, it was not working. First they asked for a diagnostic charge of $ 150.00, then it took two days for them to call me. When I called them the estimate was over $ 700.00, I asked about this charge and it was explained very weakly, however one thing I did understand clearly, is the diagnostic charge did not go away if I approved the repair. I called on so other Dealerships and found prices ranging from $ 360.00 to $ 400.00 for the same repair, most of the Dealership I call explained that there would be a diagnostic charge, however it would be part of the repair if I approved the repair. I question the Service Manager and he was very rude. I asked what Diagnosis was completed, he gave me very vague answer, however still charge me $ 150.00 to leave with my vehicle. More

Poor & Incompetent Service Department March 2016, I'm slow to review this because I only slow down at year's end. I hope no one would have saved a bad experience because of my tardiness in March 2016, I'm slow to review this because I only slow down at year's end. I hope no one would have saved a bad experience because of my tardiness in this review... I took my Ram 3500 into Meador South Freeway for a full service with a footnote to check the air cleaner. First, it took a week to perform the routine service, which concerned me. Secondly, I had no next service interval sticker on the vehicle anywhere, Third, within 1 week the change engine oil advisory came on and then the change fuel filter advisory came on. I became more concerned and wondered if the $ 350 worth of service had really been performed. I returned to the dealer and spoke to the service manager and he stated that because the truck had a recall remedied during the service cycle, a regular shop mechanic had done the service concurrently with the recall work and obviously had forgotten to reset the life cycles of the maintenance routines performed and attach the service interval cycle sticker. He stated that this mechanic was one of their best and he was confident the work had actually been done. I was still skeptical without something more definitive than a verbal "massage". Still pondering the situation, I studied the work order/receipt and spied the footnote on "checking the air cleaner" and decided to let that air cleaner be the final context for my opinion. Serviceable air filter, I buy into the service manager's dialogue, not 100% bought, but I'll move on. Upon arrival to my shop, I remove and check the air filter. Totally nasty, not serviceable. I have another full maintenance cycle done at my additional expense because I'm concerned for my truck. End result, NO additional service work at Meador, 2 new vehicles purchase since then and shopping another now. Again, NONE with Meador. Very interesting how that works! More

He easily could have put me in a small sedan and said "sorry that's the best I can do" like another dealership I talked to. But instead he worked with the banks to make a deal happen that made sense for me, not them. He was honest throughout the whole process, down to earth, and not pushy like you come across in this business. The first day I came in it was pretty late so he spent nearly all of the next day while I was working, working to make a deal happen. All I had to do was go in after work sign a few papers and I was done. He made it so easy and took the stress out of the process. I absolutely love my new cherokee and could not be happier. Thank you so much Kevin! I will definitly recommend you to any abd everyone I come across needing a new vehicle. I really can't say thank you enough for how hard you worked for me. May be the worst I've experienced I've held off on writing a review hoping things would get better. After trying to set up an oil change for my new truck, I've officially given up on t I've held off on writing a review hoping things would get better. After trying to set up an oil change for my new truck, I've officially given up on the dealership. I'll start with the good - there are some good people working there...not many, but some. My salesman, Justin, seemed a little distracted but was friendly and helpful during the purchase process. He sent a couple of follow up e-mails and seemed to have a genuine concern for my satisfaction. Overall, that part of the process went well. The train jumps the tracks after that. Although I came in with pre-approved financing, the finance department asked to run my credit through Chrysler Financial to see if they could get a better deal. No problem - I authorized the credit inquiry. Later I found out they took my one authorization and ran it through 7 different companies causing excessive hard inquiries on my credit report. Later, I was pulling the floor mats out and discovered that there was no "make ready" performed on the truck - white stains covered the carpet under the mats and I found protective plastic remnants balled up under one seat. (After I complained about these and other issues, the dealership sent me a check for $100 to pay for detailing.) Final straw was today when I tried to get my truck in for its complimentary first service only to be told that the dealership didn't take appointments and I would just have to come out at 7:30 AM and "try my luck" (employee's words, not mine.) I didn't really expect Lexus level service but I also didn't expect to have to rely on luck on a $45k pickup. If I could do it again, I'd avoid Meador like the plague. More
