We went to the dealership after work on a Friday and were out the door by closing time, keys in hand. It took longer for the detailing work than the financing! We really like the new location, too. Received call for being a loyal customer I received a call on 12 Dec 2016 by what I believe was a customer relations employee stating that I was being called because of my loyalty to the deal I received a call on 12 Dec 2016 by what I believe was a customer relations employee stating that I was being called because of my loyalty to the dealership. I was told they knew I had a 2008 Chevy Colorado which I had previously purchased form them used and would I be interested in trading it in for a newer vehicle if they could ensure my payments would be lower than what I was paying now on the truck. I told the lady I most likely would not get what I owe on my truck and if I could not I would rather not waste my time. She stated that Charlie Gray was aware of how much I owed and what my payments were and I had nothing to worry about. She stated Charlie Gray had authorized 120% of the Blue book value on my vehicle. She stated I would also receive a $50 gift card for test driving a vehicle. Well I made an appointment to stop by 13 DEC 2016 at around 5:35 PM. I arrived at around 5:25 PM at the front desk by the main entrance and spoke with Shamilo (I may have typed wrong) the receptionist who then called Carolyn Roach who I discovered had just left to go eat. Carolyn told me she would be back in 20 minutes or she could get me someone else to assist me. I informed her I would wait the 20 minutes. Well the "I feel like a special loyal customer just went out the door". I soon discovered I just turned in to another no name trying to buy a car walking in off the street. Carolyn final showed up around 6 PM and ask what she could do for me. Wow really? I had a confirmation number 140305514 that was given over the phone and meant nothing when I arrived. I began to think to myself if this is how they treat loyal customers then perhaps I need to find another dealership. Well lets move on. I re-explained every thing to Carolyn and she walk me next door to her office located in the pre-owned car side. Really pre-owned? I thought I was dealing with a new vehicle. Carolyn sat me down in a chair took all my information needed to run a credit check and then left me sitting for what seemed like 30 minutes or more. I then was bored, got up and walked to look out the door where I saw her drive up in a 2016 Jeep Patriot. We test drove it and returned. She then left me sitting in the chair again for what seem like another 30 minutes while she went to run the numbers. Carolyn came back and showed me the numbers. The price they offered for my vehicle was a joke. The same vehicle I bought from them about two years ago and still owed $10,000 on they offer me around $3500. I felt offended. The previous purchase of the truck they screwed me and I accepted it at the time. This time I was thinking perhaps they would make up for it. That was not the case. I also discovered from a co-worker who owned a Patriot that it was a poorly made vehicle. I then reminded Carolyn that I was told I would be getting a $50 gift card for test driving a vehicle. Carolyn once again left and about 20 minutes later returned with a gift card and another offer this time for around $5300 for my trade in. The dealership KBB and the KBB online must be totally different because the number were in way opposite directions. I decline the offer and took my gift card which was for Sam's Club which I do not even have a membership. Now I am wondering if in order to use it I have to sign up for a membership. If so maybe this is a win win for the dealership promoting membership to Sam's club through handing out Sam's gift cards. All in all my experience with the whole ordeal and Meador dealership staff was less than stellar and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good vehicle deal or good customer experience to look elsewhere. That was my experience and I wanted to share with the rest of the local consumers that live and shop in their area looking to buy a vehicle. I want to add that while I was writing this write up I was called on the phone by the dealership customer relations for an experience followup. When I explained to the lady on the phone the same thing I am writing she seem disinterested and said thank you and hung up. More

Searched the internet for several hours, looking at all of the Dodge dealerships from Waco, Texas to Denton, Texas. I settled on Meador Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Fort Worth Texas. I was met by Thomas and my wife and I gave him a list of features we were looking for. He could not have been nicer and was extremely knowledgeable. My main goal was to hear the exhaust in both the 2016 and 2017 Challenger 5.7. I had heard that the 2017s had an active exhaust system. I wanted to see if it made a difference. To make a long story shorter, Thomas provided the Challengers and the sound of the exhaust on the 2017 won hands down. The active exhaust system is AWESOME, it growls. After settling on 2017, Thomas and Debbie went over all of the pricing with us and were very patient and worked out the final details. The car was almost ours. At this point, we met Sean in Finance. He was extremely helpful and explained every little detail to our satisfaction. When delivering the vehicle, Thomas went over all of the details we needed to know. We highly recommend Meador Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Excellent staff and service! Best Regards, Tony and Dee More
A phenomenal new car buying and dealership experience…prior to this experience I would have considered a statement like that an oxymoron!! I have purchased approximately 25 new vehicles over the years and this to this experience I would have considered a statement like that an oxymoron!! I have purchased approximately 25 new vehicles over the years and this experience ranked at or near the top. Larry, Kevin and Shane made the experience painless and quick. I know for some of you reading this you are thinking…what car dealer provides this level of experience?? I can’t speak for the Meador dealership broadly as this was my first experience with them, however, if the rest of the Meador team is on the same page as these guys …this dealership undoubtedly ranks at the top nationwide! To put things on perspective, I attempted to make a purchase at a dealer ship in Houston and twice that dealership reneged on the deal after I committed to the purchase!! The monthly payment increased both times! Not only did Larry provide me an accurate quote over the phone, he also gave me a solid trade-in price on my vehicle based on the info I provided over the phone. The vehicle I purchased was $2,000 more than the either of the two in Houston and the payment ended up significantly less! Oh I almost forgot, the price DID change when I sat down with Shane and signed the paper work!! The monthly payments went DOWN $11 per month…when has this ever happened to you at a car dealer?? Larry, Kevin and Shane…you guys are “Rock Stars” and made what’s normally a terrible 4 to 8 hour process and 2 hour pleasurable experience. Best, Steve More

My first try, the car I was test driving was sold while I was driving it unless they tried to sell me a sold car. Then I signed paperwork for another car after being assured it was available (was a dealer trade with Autonation in North Richland Hills). Amazingly, it got sold even though I had a contract on it. To make matters worse, it took a week before anyone would tell me why my car was not ready for me to pick up. Don't even waste your time here. All I got out of the deal was a late car payment (on my trade), a sorry and a nice hit on my credit for a late payment. Ridiculous! More
