We were really scared about purchasing another vehicle, but we were in a bind with our Mazda 5. We didn't think we would be able to get anything but a small compact car. Kevin, knowing that really would not be a good fit for our family of 4 and our budget. Kevin went to work and was able to help us and we drove off the lot with a Jeep Liberty that worked for our budget and our family. Poor attempted purchase experience Went to dealership, had a Jeep Wrangler unlimited I found on line... cars.com advertisement. Spent hours waiting for the Jeep to be detailed. I am a cash buyer... When my spouse got there I notice something unusual behind the grille..... most Jeeps look the same..... it was a transmission cooler.... I asked the sales person what it was, since it looked really out of place.... bright silver... look at any Jeep and the grille is black. I'm not making this up..... he didn't know what it was so he called it a "flux capacitor". Really. The sales staff was not professional.... further I was expecting to pay the advertised price.... they hit me with a $1716 charge and a $599 charge on top of the advertised price...... I left. Not a positive experience to say the least. I have since found a great Jeep Wrangler at a different dealer and they were awesome .... Hiley Mazda Hurst. I have not been this pissed off trying to buy a vehicle in many years. It starts at the top....... if they wanna play back and forth......good luck. More

Because they are a larger dealer they are more willing to actually work with you (opposite of what you would think) Staff was very helpful in process. I went with two young children and it was very distracting but they helped entertain our toddler with a smile. We were debating between two different styles of car and they were honest about the pros and cons of the two body styles i.e. Less head room for an adult in back seat, narrow vs wider seating. It was refreshing after all the other small dealers we had visited who were too busy to get a sales person to us in under 10 min. More

We called Kevin Eidson at Meador Dodge in Fort Worth, and they were willing to drop $4600 off the sticker on a Hellcat that had been on their lot less than a week. Upon arriving at the Dealership; EVERYONE we came in contact with was friendly, appreciative of our businesses, and MOST importantly there was NO PRESSURE throughout the process.
