Toyota McCord in Vancouver Washington is the place to go! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, great people in every department! Mike in accessories and Daniel at the car wash always seem to go above and beyond Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, great people in every department! Mike in accessories and Daniel at the car wash always seem to go above and beyond to take care of McCord customers. Daniel has such a ready and happy smile, a heart for service, and does his best to help everyone. I watched as he sprayed and scrubbed the cars in front of me in line with alacrity and a genuine desire to 'do things right.' He gave extra attention in preparing my car since it was covered in mosquitoes and trail dust. He even gave me tips on how to buff my car without scratching the paint. Daniel is a young man, but has maturity and kindness and a stellar work ethic. Interacting with him really made my day. Every time I call the accessories department, hopeful for a solution, Mike leads me in the right direction, even when it doesn't lead to a sale. He cares about me being happy and having solutions for what I need. I think everybody that works at Toyota McCord is a top-notch human being and I'm super grateful for each and every one of them! Thank you ,Toyota McCord, for being thee best resource for Toyota owners! You are quite a blessing! More
This is not the best dealership in the Northwest this place is terrible from my purchase which took eight hours to complete to the service department every time you go in there even if you’re just droppi place is terrible from my purchase which took eight hours to complete to the service department every time you go in there even if you’re just dropping off it’s a minimum hour to just drop off a vehicle because they are so slow and so disinterested. Picking up the vehicle after service also at least another hour most of the time standing there waiting for them to check you out. Horrible horrible service they even fight you on the Toyota care that you purchase and say that it’s not valid before it’s even been used up. Best bet maybe go to Longview for that Toyota service or maybe some in Portland More
This dealership shows a dozen new cars in their new car inventory. If you drive to their dealership, you'll find that they don't have a single car in stock. They list cars for months in their website that inventory. If you drive to their dealership, you'll find that they don't have a single car in stock. They list cars for months in their website that they never actually had or ordered. Despite having 12 cars listed on their website, when I showed up they only had used cars available to test. They said that no other dealer has stock either. However, the other dealers within 100 miles all honestly report their inventory. This is the only dealership that pretends they have inventory when they actually have nothing. More
Last week, 3/4/21, I had an occasion to work with McCord's Vancouver Toyota Customer Service Representative, Lynn Quiding. I had an issue with a dent in a running board that appeared to happen while McCord's Vancouver Toyota Customer Service Representative, Lynn Quiding. I had an issue with a dent in a running board that appeared to happen while my 4 Runner was being serviced. I feel compelled to report what a pleasure it was to work with Lynn. She politely listened to my issue, immediately looked into it, and within one and one half business days came back to me with a very satisfactory solution. She was polite, responsive, and extremely efficient. This dent was corrected within another two business days due to her persistence and attention to the issue. Vancouver Toyota is very fortunate to have such a stellar employee, along with many others who helped solve this issue. Thanks to Lynn Quiding, you have a very satisfied customer. I do a fair amount of business with Vancouver Toyota, and will continue to do so, and more, in the future knowing that the quality of their customer service is as good, if not better, than the high quality of Toyota products. We had to change our plates (new state residents) could not undo the back nuts. Phoned Toyota and was told to bring the car in ... then told it would be a couple of hours, and offered a Lyft in lieu of s not undo the back nuts. Phoned Toyota and was told to bring the car in ... then told it would be a couple of hours, and offered a Lyft in lieu of shuttle. We said OK. 3 hours later, ditto to return. The bill: over $300 with tax. 2Daylight robbery. Never taking my beloved car there, and from what I have read, will not be taking it there for maintenance. Let's add wait time to get checked in and out .... no one greets you and tells you where to go. Definitely not the standard of service we were used to at our old dealership. More

This is would have been the 4th vehicle I purchased through this dealer. I must share this experience. As of recently, they have switched from a customer service and quality sales staff - to a rigid, b through this dealer. I must share this experience. As of recently, they have switched from a customer service and quality sales staff - to a rigid, bait and switch technique that will surely frustrate any potential buyer who wishes to walk in make a deal for the vehicle they see online and go home. They will bait you into the dealership with photos/prices of vehicles they don't have, can't get, and then they will try to upsell you into a model 5k-10k higher in price then the one you selected online. To expand on the above: This dealership is a classic bait and switch dealer now. Inquire online about a certain model - they have zero on the lot that resemble photos online! (or at least not within 10k of the online price). After setting an appointment to see a specific model - I arrive and they have the most basic and plain looking model waiting for me. They post stock photos of vehicles online attached to prices they CAN NOT offer on a model that appears as the photo online looks. AND they dont have any models nearly resembling the stock photos. Then they say oh no we are not a bait and switch dealer. Well you're online tactics define bait and switch. Go take at least one photo of the vehicle so consumers can actually say they like or dislike the vehicle before wasting time out of my day going to the dealership with the anticipation of getting a certain style vehicle. Especially during covid times - you would think they would be pro-active about taking photos or even just one photo of the exterior to prevent residents from going to the dealership with hopes of a vehicle that doesnt exist. I dont care if there is some fine print that says this vehicle may not be yada yada - YOU know exactly what you are doing and YOU know it is not a honest approach to selling vehicles. Otherwise you wouldn't have to make shady fine print disclosures that no one is opening up and reading. Bait and Switch 101 - well it is in the fine print that this vehicle is actually not available nor do we have anything even resembling it. More
