Wow what a great experience buying our new Highlander. I will preface this review with this: No one really knows how they will react when threatened or challenged or given an opportunity really. I feel we are all “over our skies” even still with COVID going on two years and running. There has been some time though to figure out what and how we as a company or person for that matter is going to handle the very, very difficult and crazy World and situation we continue to face. With that, having in the past dealt with many, many car dealers and more importantly recently Post COVID. All I can say is, things have really, really changed. Much more than I imagined and feared. Completely and totally unprecedented. Literally and figuratively. Throughout the whole process with McCord Vancouver Toyota, I just could not get out of my head…where’s the catch? When is the “gotcha” going to come? When is the shoe going to drop? It can’t really be this easy and truth be told “exactly” how it always “really” should be. But it was. Very, very seldom do I publicly write reviews while I always personally say thank you because I feel we all should in the normal course of things just be nice and I don’t know? Do our jobs and not try to take advantage of anybody or any situation. Respectful I guess although that term seems too obedient to me. We can “all” be good I feel and have our bad days too, but when opportunities present themselves giving ease almost to exploiting a position or advantage? Well, that is when my hair goes up and I lean on my expression which is: What comes around goes around and Karma is a xxxxx (pardon my French). So, when things do go above and beyond, something that really should just be expected but isn’t in this stupid crazy world we all live in, even before COVID. Well, then I become surprised, and the praise is then effusive. And there McCord Vancouver Toyota is. All the way. Salesperson, the dudes in the backroom (and they aren’t, they are out front almost like a teller or one of the old pizza joints where the kids can go look through the window and watch, ha), all the way to the FI. How very, very rare. To quote one of my favorite movies (you’ll have to guess which one), “It’s just that, uh, very few people surprise me”. So, cheers, McCord Vancouver Toyota. Keep it up. It's so nice that even now days a car dealerships have a parts / service department that gives that extra touch to make you feel special every time you come in it's a special occasion, Even just remembering your name! Shadi and Mark don't make you feel like you're just a status quota, they make you feel like you're a human with a personal touch. They both deserve a raise because of their quality of service!! More

Her dedication to customer service was beyond reproach. When the time came to leave Luda's desk and deal with the back office folk, I met the most calming, helpful, and caring person I've ever met in that position. Emily Gribben defines what a finance manager should be. Helpful and caring, I didn't feel the need to be on guard. Her customer aid skills in conjunction with her knowledge left me relaxed and confident in my purchase. I only dealt with those two individuals, and consider myself honored to have met and worked with what I consider two of best, in there respective fields, in the entire industry. More
I Went in for a regular service on my 4runner and they saw that I had a fog light out. They didn’t have the bulb in stock so I had to schedule another appointment. When I came back they broke the housing saw that I had a fog light out. They didn’t have the bulb in stock so I had to schedule another appointment. When I came back they broke the housing for the fog light which they also didn’t have in stock so it was another trip back. Once they called and it was ready for pick up they ordered a set of two new fog lights and put one new on and left the other one in the passenger seat. So it ended up with one old dingy fog light and one bright brand new one and a $100+charge to have the matching light put in, and 3 trips to the dealership More

I went to the service center today to get help with features with my highlander. The lady promises to help, the little I know she changes her mind and walked me to sales and told that they open at 8am. features with my highlander. Communication and time management is important in any business. Where is the team work at this location. My time was wasted unnecessary. More
Buying a car here is fantastic- I bought two in 2020- Sienna and Tacoma. Wish I could say the same about service. Twice now they have sent me away from an oil change with a thumbs up, only to text me a Sienna and Tacoma. Wish I could say the same about service. Another appointment, another drop off and pick up…. Today I had a question about the Tacoma’s fuel pump running while off. Impossible to just talk briefly with a mechanic. I had to schedule an appointment and if it wasn’t a problem that was directly related to warranty, I’d be charged just under $150. I had to dive into Toyota forums to discover it was normal- just routine evap test. But dealership wouldn’t provide this info- I would have had to pay them for their time on a new pickup I just bought from them a year ago. They love you and fawn over you when they’re trying to get the purchase- then do the bare minimum once you’ve committed. More
