McKenna was by far the most responsive, had the best selection of Jettas and listened to what our needs were. We purchased the perfect vehicle for my daughter, she is ecstatic and McKenna got us a 2010 for what other dealers were selling their 2008 and 2009's. Having A Operations Director at a large Honda Dealer for 15 Years, I have seen all kinds of "Car Salesmen". And having had a horrible experience at another VW dealer I almost switched brands. My wife wanted a new car and had her mind made up to get another VW. but when we returned to the Dealer that our Family had previously bought 3 VW's in 3 Years they treated us like we had no idea what we were doing, Even though I was quite clear, they did'nt listen trying to put us in a car we did'nt want telling us the one we did want that none were avalible in all of California. And giving us figures that didnt make any sense. So frustrated I call Mckenna and spoke to Tam he Listened and put me with Dean. All I can say is WOW not only did they get us the car we wanted at the payment we wanted they helped our two children get cars. So because of their professionalism they gained my business for life. And they are a 100 mile round trip for me. More
