He had no interest in going to bat for me and contacting Volkswagen of America to see if they would pay all or a p[ortion of the repair bill. Awful salesman, they try to sell you expensive oil changes in advance & maintenance & other stuff you will never need, they have hidden fees you don't know about until you get into the finance manager changes in advance & maintenance & other stuff you will never need, they have hidden fees you don't know about until you get into the finance manager's office to finalize the deal. Most of their salesmen are unexperienced & I don't just mean automobile knowledge. They actually don't know how to deal with people. All in all it was a very stressful transaction. More
