We were treated more like friends than customers and before i knew it we were walking out the door to our knew jetta it was so easy the next day I went back and got my CC. I tell every one to go their. Granted the budget I had in mind got blowen up but it was well worth the extra money to have the security of knowing my wife and daughter are in a safe and reliable car. About a month after we got the cars I recevied a hand written letter from Mr Danny McKenna thanking us for our business (I still have it)Its stuff like this that makes McKenna so succseful a more personal touch. This was a first car purchase for our daughter, and they were wonderful. We had looked at a lot of other cars, experienced a lot of other dealerships, and when we came into McKenna Surf City VW it was compl were wonderful. I was at the dealership this past week. Nice location and good amount of inventory the car I was looking for was there and Roberto was the first person to approach me and my wife. He seemed to have been a re good amount of inventory the car I was looking for was there and Roberto was the first person to approach me and my wife. He seemed to have been a real nice person until we started to ask questions, he was kind of rude and kept looking at his phone as if he had something more important to do then show us the car we were looking at. As I started to ask questions about price he seemed to get even more upset. Finally it got to the point in his broken English that he told me, “Maybe you should look somewhere else”. I was in shock especially when he recommended I should maybe think about getting a Honda which was within that price range. To make a long story short I ended up buying the car I wanted at a dealership nearby. Just hoped I could have shopped much closer to home. More
