I am very picky about my car being safe and reliable. I know that by taking my car to McCarthy Service Department, it will run efficiently and safely at all times. Mark is also someone you can trust. He is thorough, honest, and does what he says. He makes sure to take of the customer first and foremost--always calling with updates and showing concern for the customers' time and hassle. The service center will shuttle the customer across the street for shopping while he/she waits, or they have a great reception center as well. Mark can also fix and repair almost any make of vehicle. I have recommended the dealership to my friends and neighbors who have Fords and Chevys, and he does a great job with these makes as well. He is always professional, efficient, and friendly. Even when I have gotten bad news on my car, I have never worried because Mark has a no problem, we will get if fixed in no time and have you back on the road personality. Mark makes the service department the best in town. I highly recommend this shop to everyone who is looking for an expert shop that will keep their vehicle safe and reliable.
