A Team Above The Rest Traveling through Missouri my SUV I had just purchased and serviced in Denver threw a front axle leaving me stranded. I contacted AAA and they towed Traveling through Missouri my SUV I had just purchased and serviced in Denver threw a front axle leaving me stranded. I contacted AAA and they towed me to McCarthy Toyota, they were able to review and diagnos the issue within an hour. I was treated with respect and the service team began to locate the needed parts while talking with the Denver Dealership. Repairs would take several days and the cost upfront was in the thousands. Bill the sales manager over heard the issue and invited me in to chat, he reviewed the issue and worked with the service department. I was driving a 2005 Lexus 330 with 189000 miles, Bill reviewed all of the costs, time, and delays I would be accumulating, he reviewed his inventory and trades. Bill and his sale person Josh located a 2010 Buick Enclave with 118000 coming available for about the same costs I would be paying for repairs. They assisted with food and lodging for a day until the car was inspected and prepped for sale. I was on my way in two day with a newer nicer car at the same price. Great work Guys and thank you. I made it to Florida to be with my wife. More

Unsatisfied Customer!! I would never recommend McCarthy in Sedalia to anyone. My son bought a truck from this business, a month after having it he had nothing but problems, I would never recommend McCarthy in Sedalia to anyone. My son bought a truck from this business, a month after having it he had nothing but problems, they treated us like we were a nuisance, we had to pay all of the repairs out of our pocket, they happened after the 30 day warranty(of course) that we had to fight to get. We went back in here recently to trade and the employees all had cocky attitudes and lead us to believe we were getting into another truck, but let some other couple test drive it and told us they sold it-we left and went to WK-no more got out of the door and they told us they hadn't sold it and to come back. So we went back (you aren't going to believe this) when we got there they said sorry we did sell it!!! I can't even tell you how upset we were. It was all for the best though--we went to WK and received outstanding customer service and they explained every detail, not to mention a 6 month warranty. We are now part of the WK family!! More

Great experience with very nice professional people I had been talking to Dan Gilmore prior to visiting the facility and when I went into the dealership my experience was fantastic.
