Horrible service 2nd time around was horrible. They messed up the process of registering my car so now they are ignoring me. Even though I paid them to register the 2nd time around was horrible. They messed up the process of registering my car so now they are ignoring me. Even though I paid them to register the car, they told me to do it myself. Not only will they not return my calls but they actually blocked my phone number so I can not reach them. They are dishonest and incapable. I guess I’ll have to do it myself and spend even more money. Buyer beware. Salesman Jonathan and his coward of a manager are the worst. I would not recommend. More

Great sales experience matched by an amazing car leased I can truly say I had a wonderful experience at Mazda of Valley Stream. Initially I went to the dealer at Garden City as I have serviced my now previ I can truly say I had a wonderful experience at Mazda of Valley Stream. Initially I went to the dealer at Garden City as I have serviced my now previous Mazda, but working with sales it just didn’t feel right so I didn’t move forward. Decided to go to Valley Stream a week later and when I worked with Henry V. I noticed an immediate difference in the experience. Henry was a genuine person, honest, and doesn’t have that salesman vibe that can come across as disingenuous/annoying. Mazda of Valley Stream is committed to making the customer happy. When I also dealt with Kevin the manager on the tail-end of the negotiation, we worked something out that made me feel satisfied with my deal, and he kept his word on an agreed service that would be performed for free that required me coming back to the dealership weeks later. Henry and Kevin were excellent to work with throughout and even afterwards as Henry was timely in responding to any questions I had and offered great tips as he is a personal Mazda fan himself. And as for the vehicle: 2.5 months in and I am really in love with it. I had a top of the line Grand Touring 2016 Mazda 6 that I was very satisfied with but I wanted to lease. I wound up getting a gorgeous Soul Red 2018 Mazda 6 Reserve (4th tier out of 5) and the 2-year difference was noticeable. The word that came to my mind when I both saw and sat in the care for the first time was “opulent”. I really felt that I would be treating myself to this vehicle even though it technically isn’t a luxury car. Adding the turbo makes the car so much more fun to drive compared to the non-turbo 2016 and the Active Driver Display projected in the windshield is really, really cool (general, navigation, and safety information) which replaced the somewhat gimmicky Heads-Up display. Android Auto/Apple Care play was included as is and so the car really felt complete in terms of the overall experience. And again, the driving experience has been fantastic. I have a confidence driving on the highway that I didn’t have since I had my Millennia S from years ago, but this car drives better and is more opulent. If you have a Mazda that’s even just a couple years old, give Mazda a try as they have really made significant improvements and head on over to Mazda of Valley Stream for impeccable service. More

They were very professional and had GREAT customer service. Charlie accommodated me when it come to the paperwork part of it, she actually started preparing the paperwork due to my busy schedule. When I got to the location I meet with Mr. Charlie financial specialist who explained the contract and finanacial part of it. finally Mr. S. Otto showed me the features of my new car. I More

The most friendliest and inviting staff, not a slimy, nor pushy, car slinger in sight! From the sales team, to the managers, all the way through paperwork, it was really one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. And I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan who might be my new favorite person—even outside of car sales! Very knowledgable, informative, and genuinely cares about finding the perfect fit for his customers. (And deserving of so much respect!! Inside joke!) So happy with my new vehicle and will definitely be returning to keep it in tip-top shape or my next vehicle purchase.
