I had an awesome sales experience with Mazda of Valley Stream. They were able to locate a specific vehicle I was looking for at another dealership and arranged to allocate the vehicle for me. They were able to work up a great deal for me with upfront pricing with true transparency. My salesperson, Cesar Reinoso, was truly knowledgeable, personable and energetic, making a somewhat precarious decision a lot easier to make. They were even able to find a Manufacturers rebate direct from Mazda that saved me additional money! I took advantage of the Mazda 0% financing which was the icing on the cake. From the Sales manger to the Finance and Insurance person, total professionalism! More

One of the most inept, incompetent and unprofessional dealerships I’ve ever had the misfortune of walking into. On 6/17/24 we negotiated a lease and was told by the salesperson Kareem the last payment w dealerships I’ve ever had the misfortune of walking into. On 6/17/24 we negotiated a lease and was told by the salesperson Kareem the last payment would be covered by the dealership. He said we should pay it and we would be reimbursed by check in the mail within 30 days. All paperwork noted this and Kareem filled out paperwork which stated the last payment would be reimbursed. I called and spoke to GM Kevin Persaud to no avail. I went in person and spoke to Kareem and Kevin on 7/29/24. Kevin denied he approved it and said he wasn't even there that day which was a lie. All while the salesperson Kareem agreed it was part of the deal. Kevin told me I should calm down after he continued to lie. This is FRAUD!!! Incompetency and arrogance like I’ve never seen before. Do not, and I mean NOT Do business with Mazda of Valley Stream. More
I'm looking to upsize to a 3-row SUV and was interested in test driving the CX-90. I called Mazda of Valley Stream, asked if I could test drive the car and made it clear I wasn't buying anything that day. in test driving the CX-90. I then drove the 25 minutes to the dealership where I was greeted by a condescending old man who said he was not interested in giving me a test drive if I wasn't in the market to buy right now. Now, that would be fine if that was their policy and they TOLD ME THAT ON THE PHONE WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD COME FOR A TEST DRIVE. Instead, I ended up just wasting a chunk of my day for no good reason. How utterly and unapologetically disrespectful of a potential customer. You can't put on even a veneer of good service like most car dealerships or any respectable business? Disgusting. I suppose if any good came out of this experience it's that I know never to do business with this dealership and tell everyone I know to do likewise. More

I have left three voicemails for the service manager, Ruthie in the last three weeks with no reply. I called today and got put on hold for 13 minutes With nobody picking up, I called immediately again and got put on hold for seven more minutes with nobody picking up. When I called back a third time, nobody picked up at all. When I called Mazda, customer care, the representative I spoke to, Teresa, Suggested I take my car to another dealership in hopes that another service department might be able to resolve my issue. Shows you how little confidence the corporate office has in Mazda of Valley Stream. Do not, and I mean NOT Do business with Mazda of Valley Stream. More

While the process to get the car was smooth, the day after I left the lot I was told by multiple people that they could barely hear me on Bluetooth. I called later to see if there was anything else that could be done and got in touch with the person who sold us the car, William Perez. Mr. Perez essentially told me there was no issue because he couldn't himself confirm it, despite someone in the facility already saying there was. He essentially called me a liar and, when I said the bit about the possibility of a recall, was told "then it must not really be a problem yet." No mention of this issue was made to me prior to leasing the car by Mr. Perez. More
